We are very happy to inform you that we have already completed the project on. What you have assigned us as a partial course completion during the preparation of the paper, I have tried my best to be rich and cover all matters. MD Mahabubul Haque, Head, TE and Supervising Teacher of the University for giving us the opportunity to complete the project work.

Finally, we would like to give our acknowledgment that we remain responsible for the shortcomings and errors that no doubt still remain. We also analyze the substances according to their class, so that we can establish an acceptable result that will be perfect for effective use and will help to carry out additional activities depending on the established form of work. Our endeavor was to develop a reliable way so that we can easily visualize or predict the resulting substance specification with the required configuration.

The theoretical and practical knowledge we have collected in our classes and in the industry help us to carry out our project successfully and for this we give special thanks to our honorable teachers. A manufacturer or user of knitted cotton fabrics collects a large amount of data regarding the dimensions of the fabrics (such as weight, width and shrinkage). Fabrics are usually woven or knitted, but the term also includes compositions produced by felting, bobbin lace, netting and non-wovens.

The appearance of a garment is greatly influenced by the fabric used for its construction; not all fabrics are suitable for all garments.

Knitting

By the 16th century, knitting had evolved into a craft; the first real evidence of a production knitting machine was the stocking frame, invented by Reverend William Lee in 1589.

About Fleece Fabric

In fleece fabrics, the fleece yarn fibers become entangled and cannot be distinguished from the base yarn on the effect side, even if they have been delivered separately during knitting. In pile and pile structures, the pile and pile are clearly distinguishable from the base. The pile is considered to be understood as perpendicular to the bottom, where plush lies at a smaller angle from the surface of the bottom.

High-quality three-thread invisible fleecy and sinker loop terry are still produced by loop wheel frame and sinker wheel machines respectively, despite intense competition from more productive machines.

Fabric Structure of Three Thread Fleece

  • Type-1 Forming Fleecy Loops with Needle
  • Forming Fleecy Loops with Sinker

Floating stitches of the fleece yarn over a span of three wales from the woolly loop. Other variations are created by varying the width of the woolly loop, or by varying the location where the binding yarn holds the woolly yarn between two adjacent webs. It is widely preferred by the techniques in major fabric manufacturing centers like Tripura of Tamilnadu.

The basic length of the cloth loops is determined by the positions of the countersinks attached to the holder during the initial machine setup. However, you can further increase or decrease this length by adjusting the amount of wool yarn the needle accepts. There are two independent sinker cams on the control part of the sinker, which control the positions of the sinker.

Therefore, the length of the Fleecy loops is determined by the distance between the "throat" of the sinker and the needle shank after the Fleecy yarn is caught in the needle. The needles play a secondary role in determining the length of the fleece loops by varying the amount of fleece yarn inserted. The fabric is therefore very suitable for fleece fabrics, which are finished without brushing the fleece loops.

While the other adjustable sinker cam is used to adjust the tightness of the binding yarn and woolly yarn.

The Process sequences are described below

The needles descend in the normal ascent to the position of the wires so that the former course remains on the outside of the closed latch, but the bare bundle which is higher slips from the head of the needle and the connecting thread is drawn through it into the belly of the top of the diver. as he retreats. The upper sinkers hold the tie loops in the open latches as all the needles are raised to receive the ground thread. The needles descend back to the clip position to form loops from the binding thread over the sink crowns.

The sinker is finally withdrawn and as the needle is lowered the new coated layer is flipped over, the very precisely adjusted cam settings encourage the ground yarn to be applied to the technical side (underside) of the structure.

EXPERIMENTAL PROCEDURE

  • Study of Flow Chart of Knit fabric development
  • Details of Flow Chart
  • Buyer sample choice:-
  • Receive sample:-
  • Analysis: Manufacturer point out the knit design. And discus with knit manager the possibility to develop the design
  • Machine Selection
  • MACHINE GAUGE
    • Fleece knitting Machine
    • Some Fleece Machine Survey Report

The buyer gives a sample or knitting production to the manager or the trader chooses the sample with his experience. For this process a person with high experience is needed, the manager should have high experience about 3 to 5 years. 5. Point-to-point analysis: In this analysis, the knitting manager decides which machine is suitable for this design.

Wool fabrics are woven so that, when finished, they have a short to medium nap that has a soft and pleasant hand, will provide warmth and body, as well as wicking and moisture wicking, if desired. . Fleece stitches can be made on circular knitting machines in any of three different types of construction. The machines can be complex, using either spring needles or clamps using choke, dial, cylinder or dial/cylinder mechanisms.

One type of woolen knit construction is the three-yarn system, where three yarns are fed sequentially from separate yarn positions around the machine cylinder. The second and third yarns are the binding and grinding yarns, which are fed sequentially in the ratio and type of dressing, so that the wool yarns are caught at predetermined intervals between them. The result is that the wool yarns run through the technical back of the fabric and are held in place by the wales of the knitted yarns.

The pile yarn, which can be coarse spun and low twist, can therefore be easily trimmed and given other surface finishes.

DISCASSION OF RESULTS

Care of Fleece Fabric

Wash the garment inside out, this will reduce any drips or lumps that may form as the loose fibers work their way to the surface of the fabric. Do not tumble dry, the fabric may be damaged and the collar, weft and hems may be lost due to cotton shrinkage and damage to the acrylic. Never iron on the front of the fabric of the garment as this will change the appearance of the garment and make it shimmer.

Never iron the cuffs/neck as they may become brittle and lose electrical power.
