The main reason for garment rejection is sewing errors, the main reason for low productivity. The purpose of the article is to identify different types of sewing errors such as puckers, uneven stitches, raw edges, cut needles, skipped stitches etc.

There is a stain on the surface of the clothes that has no deep color, called an oil stain. We work in different factories where we work in different sections like knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing. In sewing work in end-line inspection, where we look at many types of errors that occur during sewing.
So we received a total of 12 days of final line inspection report to identify different types of defects, 7 days from Magpie Composite Textile Ltd (MCTL) and 5 days Reports from Snowtex Outwear Ltd (SOL).

The item type is T-shirt and color is Navy white and the buyer name is NEW WAVE. The item type is ladies Top and color is pink and the buyer name is LA-HAL. From the report we can see that a total of 2161 garments were inspected and where 2099 garments were good 45 defective items were found and no item was rejected and the total DHU % is 2.08.

From the report we can see that a total of 2161 garments are inspected and where 2099 garments are good 45 defective items found and no item is rejected and the total DHU % is 2.68.
The item type is a POLO shirt and the color is black and the buyer's name is NEW WAVE. From the report we can see that a total of 1290 garments have been inspected and where 1216 garments are good, 69 defects are found and 05 products are rejected and the total DHU % is 4.57. The item type is Ladies Top and the color is Fuchsia, and the buyer's name is LA-HAL.
From the report we can see that a total of 950 garments have been inspected and where 910 garments are good 32 defective items m found and 02 items rejected and the total DHU is 3.36%. The product type is women's top and the color is Fuchsia and the buyer's name is LA-HAL. From the report we can see that a total of 1500 garments have been inspected and where 1440 garments are good 51 defective items found and 02 items rejected and the total DHU is 3.40%.
From the report it can be seen that a total of 935 garments were inspected and where 895 garments are good, 37 items were found to be defective and 02 were rejected and the total DHU is 4.17%.

The item type is a jacket and the color is yellow and the buyer's name is BERNE. From the report we can see that a total of 196 garments were inspected and a good 19 defects were found in 180 garments and no product was rejected. The item type is Pants and the color is BLACK and the buyer's name is Kontoor.
From the report we can see that a total of 143 garments were inspected and 105 garments passed, 33 defective items were found and not a single item was rejected. The item type is pants, the color is black and the buyer name is konoor. From the report we can see that a total of 330 garments were inspected and 284 garments and 46 defective items were found.
From the report, it can be seen that a total of 596 clothes were checked and 507 good clothes and 89 defective items were found. SNOWTEX Outwear Ltd and this report is one of them which is collected by SOL. The item type is jacket and the color is gray and the buyer's name is BERNE.
From the report we can see that a total of 164 garments have been inspected and where 63 garments are good.

This is the summary of finish line inspection report collected by us from SNOWTEX outwear ltd. From the report we can see that the highest amount of error is Open Seam which is 23.14% and the lowest error occurring is skip stitch in SNOWTEX outwear ltd. This is the comparison Table of sewing Defects in percentage between 2 factories those factories are Magpie composite textile Ltd (MCTL) and Snowtex Outwear Ltd (SOL).
From the above information some defects were found which are common in both Factories, they are Skip Stitch, Open Stitch, Uneven Stitch, Raw Edge, Down Stitch. This is the stitching problem where the two ends of the fabric are not fully attached after stitching. We have completed our project using the information of two factories, they are Magpie composite textile ltd, another one is SNOWTEX outwear ltd.
After analyzing these reports we found some major errors which we found corrections from the factories. 3 The most common faults in the larger SNOWTEX ltd garments are open seam, uneven HI Low stitch, understitching and for Magpie ltd composite textile, skip stitch, uneven stitch and label joining.
