Subject: RFQ for different networking equipment, accessories & installation work for the new Adjunct Faculty Members Office Room-2033 at the Main Building of IUB.
Terms and conditions:
1. Sealed quotation will be submitted to the Purchase & Procurement Department (Room# 2031), Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB), at Plot-16, Block-B, Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka by Thursday, October 27, 2022, not after 1.30 p.m.
2. The quoted price should be expressed in round figure Taka and inclusive of VAT or any other applicable Taxes, as per the existing rules and regulations of the Govt. of Bangladesh.
3. Payment will be made through an account payee cheque within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the bill subject to proper certification from the concerned departments of the University and attachment of the relevant documents as stated above. The bill will include invoice, delivery challan, mushok 6.3, handing over certificate from the concerned unit and a copy of work order.
4. Final bill will be based on actual quantity of materials/ accessories used for the project which will be confirmed &
checked by the concerned unit.
5. The University authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of the items and accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
6. The suppliers are requested to visit the site to have the actual idea of the works and to mitigate confusion related to the project before submitting the quotation.
