II) Certificate & Transcript of Bachelor Degree (original and 2 sets of photocopies),

III) Certificates & Transcripts of SSC/HSC or O/A-levels or 12-year High School Diploma (original and 1 set of photocopy), and

IV) 3 copies of recent passport size photographs

The concerned officer will help in filling up forms and check all related documents.
