Innovation and Pedagogical Education for Ensuring Quality Education in HEIs
ISSRC Paper I
Title of the Paper: Internal Quality Assurance System: An Approach to Institutional Quality
Dr. Rishikesh Pandey,
In this approach, HEIs strive for quality improvement for academic excellence, especially after the institutional accreditation. Since quality improvement is an approximation, the key dimensions to assess progress include regular assessments and academic audits, plans for institutional development, and innovations in teaching and learning and research and the results of the efforts made. Nevertheless, the components and their weight may differ according to the status of the specific HEI, in particular their size, governance structure and the type of educational service they provide.

Title of the Paper: Roles, Strategies and Challenges in Internationalization Effort
Title of the Paper: Role of Quality Assurance Unit for Pedagogical Education
It is essential to create an innovative mechanism in the system of pedagogical education, which would ensure quality control and sharing of best practices between the different types of educational institutions in national and international contexts. The innovative cluster of pedagogical education can make it possible to overcome shortcomings in the educational system through the theory and practice of learning that are generally influenced by social, political and psychological factors. In short, the social significance of pedagogical education in sustainable development and modern requirements, problems in the system and the fragmentation between science and education demand that these be solved today by converting permanent pedagogical education into cluster development.
Every teacher knows that no two students are exactly alike, so finding out how students learn helps the teacher create lessons that help each student learn the way they learn best. In fact, alternative has been a source of inspiration for how teaching and learning can be rethought, some aspects have been widely implemented, e.g. Most of the innovative approaches that actually come from research-based practice are significantly rooted in the design of socio-constructivist models and experiences from alternative schools of education.
Quality assurance involves a systematic review of the educational offer to maintain and improve its quality, fairness and efficiency. Development of a strong quality assurance system is essential to support education of high quality and standard to increase diversity.

Title of the paper: Blended Learning Beyond Borders: An Overview Opportunity of Blended Learning in AUAP Member Countries. The Covid-19 pandemic has forced a higher education institution to ensure that effective learning continues, despite the temporary closure of physical operations, teaching and learning continues through our distance learning approach. The use of technology has been taken to a deeper level through the integration of blended learning (BL) instructional practices. BL is a blend of traditional face-to-face and technology-based instruction that begins to make its debut in the early 2000s.
The basic impact of technology on student learning has become a priority before noting how BL has evolved in the educational environment. It, not only that, the attitude of students towards the use of technological devices in the classroom and at home to complete the educational task also becomes a major concern. Therefore, to face these challenges, the Ministry of Higher Education (MOE) Malaysia had published the Malaysia Development Plan (PPPM) to strengthen the Institution of Higher Education (HEI).
For each course to achieve BL status, the formulas set as follows 1:7:3:2 consist of the syllabus: files, activity and assessments.
