For different values of t and w for the antenna of Figure 2, S11 is shown in Figure 7 (a) and (b), respectively.
The antenna's normalized total radiation in the H and E plane is almost omnidirectional, which is desired for the WLAN/WiMAX/RFID applications.
Dual Parallel Mach-Zehnder Modulator
The effect of CTB is found to be in the allowable range if the input power division ratio and electrode length ratio of the primary and secondary MZ modulators are 0.76 and 1.5, respectively. Difference intermodulation distortion terms such as even sequence and odd sequence are generated by MZ modulator which severely limits the performance of the analog AM optical transmission system [1].

5.6%), but if fifth-order distortion is added with third-order distortion, OMI is reduced (OMI= 4.5%). Thus, the odd order distortions such that third and fifth order distortion are minimized by using DPMZ modulator when the optical power splitting ratio and electrode length ratio are 0.76 and 1.5 respectively.

The input image is a color image of the right palm (fingers combined) without any deformity. Remove the unnecessary part of the hand by cropping and save it in bmp file format as shown in Figure 1(b). One of the tasks to be investigated for the enrollment process is the number of feature vectors that form the user's template.
The ROC curve shown in Figure: 5 shows the performance of the system for the absolute, Euclidean, absolute, weighted Euclidean distance. It can be clearly observed that the performance of the proposed system is better than existing systems in broad perspectives. The proposed approach primarily uses the geometry of the hand and work with colored images.

The features reordered based on the value of I and the performance of feature selection using information gain are compared using Fisher criterion. Cosine distance (CD) is the measure of similarity between the two vectors and is given as. The optimal hyperplane maximizes the sum of the distances to the nearest positive and negative training patterns.
From the tables, it has been observed that in maximum cases the feature selection by mutual information is better than the Fisher criteria. The two criteria are different and therefore do not need to be compared, but the important factor is the decrease in the values of the two scores. Two different feature selection criteria (Mutual Information (MI) and Fisher selection criteria (FS)) and two different classifiers (NMC and cosine similarity) have been used for each feature extraction process.
Feature selection based on Fisher criterion and information gain was applied to find efficient features based on a given basis. When SVM is used as a classifier, a slight improvement is observed when features are selected based on information gain, compared to the feature selection method based on fisherman's score. Abstract—This paper presents a microcontroller-based circuit schematic design with simulation results of a duobinary encoder (binary code from a binary bit) for a data communication system. One example of the bit sequence of a duobinary encoder and decoder from binary is given below in Figure 1. The assembly language program algorithm for a duobinary encoder microcontroller is given below.
If PPIA is less than PPIB, it means that the code is at level -1 and goes to the L1 level of the program. If the previous bit PPIA is equal to PPIB, the state is at level 0 and will change its level according to the input bits PPIC and PPID. If the previous bit PPIA is greater than PPIB, the state is at level 1 and will change its level according to the input bits PPIC and PPID.
If the previous bit PPIA is less than PPIB, the state is at -1 level and it will change its level according to the input bits of PPIC and PPID. After this programming, three types of output bits can be obtained for the output ports PPIA = X and PPIB = Y. So we have to apply these programming outputs to the circuits called inverting amplifier and two input inverting adder circuit which are given below and finally 1 level, 0 level and -1 level logic voltage of duobinary coding is obtained from the output of two input inverting adder circuit as given below in table 4.

Doctors help in the effective diagnosis and treatment of diabetes, but this is obviously associated with high costs. From this point of view, the purpose of this research is to develop a low-cost automated knowledge system that helps in the self-diagnosis and management of this chronic disease. To confirm the effectiveness of the system, we experimented with 100 data sets, taking doctor's prescriptions as the ground truth.
Coronary heart disease among the diabetic population is 2 to 6 times higher than that of the non-diabetic population and there is a loss of pre-menopausal protection among diabetic women. To reduce the cost and improve the early detection as well as self-awareness of diabetes mellitus, automated knowledge-based system may be a promising solution. Knowledge-based system for diagnosis can be used in various domains: plant disease diagnosis, crop management problem diagnosis, credit evaluation and authorization, financial evaluation, identification of software and hardware problems and integrated circuit faults, etc.
The ultimate goal of this research is to develop a knowledge-based system that incorporates the skills of physicians to diagnose and manage diabetes. This is a medical condition that causes an excessive amount of sugar (glucose) in the blood. It is caused by the autoimmune destruction of beta cells in the pancreas, resulting in insulin not being produced.
4 Method of Treatment
Type-I diabetes (insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus-IDDM) tends to occur in young people, although it can occur at any age, and usually in people who are thin. In the database phase, the user has a login window with username and password, and then displays the registered data for the patient. A knowledge-based system for the diagnosis and management of diabetes has been introduced in this research.

Assume that the above heat raises the temperature of the element by a small amount u. In this section we present the analytical solution of the heat equation derived by Gerald [3], Smith [4] and Adam [9]. To find the analytical solution of the one-dimensional heat equation we have to make it as an initial boundary value problem (IBVP) by setting some initial conditions and boundary conditions.
Set the initial temperature distribution u ( x , 0 ) x and the boundary conditions defined with the condition that if one end of the rod is immersed in a liquid which is a constant 00 . Since the heat equation is linear, we can therefore find a linear combination of two solutions to be equal to another solution.
S TABILITY C ONDITION
Recalling the explicit finite difference scheme (4.3) for one-dimensional heat equation, the derivation was described in section 2. The relative error in estimated in L1 norm defined by. for all times where e is the exact solution. We have presented the derivation of a one-dimensional heat equation and the analytical solution of the heat equation as a BVP by the method of separation of variables.
The derivation of explicit scheme of heat equation as an IBVP has been described and the stability conditions of this scheme have also been presented. The relative error between the numerical solution and the analytical solution of the heat equation have been calculated using the L1 norm and the relative error is quite acceptable. We have presented temperature profiles for different time steps that verify well-known qualitative behavior of the heat equation.
