Walton company has a total of five underground storage tanks for this cyclpentane C5 chemical, among the five underground storage tanks that have four underground tanks, the total capacity is 35 tons, and another new fifth container, which contains the chemical is. 75 tons. And each of these underground storage tanks is made with a lot of strength and a lot of safety measures.
Finally, the underground storage tanks are stored using the loading methods from the containers imported from abroad. And the biggest thought is that Cyclopentane C5 chemical underground storage system is the only Walton company in Bangladesh. Because this cyclopentane C5 chemical is a highly flammable substance that evaporates quickly and mixes with the air very quickly and spreads very quickly. this loading work we must have permission from the company's special senior officers and department manager and the department manager.
The first thing to do before cyclopentane C5 chemical load, is to release under the underground storage tank nitrogen pressure. Because when the nitrogen pressure is released, the C5 chemical along with the nitrogen pressure also spreads around the area. And the reason for using this nitrogen pressure is to keep the chemicals in the underground storage tank under pressure.
And it is very important to release the nitrogen pressure in the underground storage tank before the chemical loading of C5 cyclopanthine. The chemicals are transferred from the container to the underground storage tank after the security guards and the fire service team and the maintenance team ensure the overall safety and then we start the loading work. And when the loading job is done, then this underground tank is ready to be transferred to the cyclopentane C5 chemical in each shed. 02) Fire hazard - fire can occur at any temperature.
The use of an exhaust system face mask is not adequate. 01) Adequate air ventilation must be organized. 02). Any type of fire-making device is strictly prohibited for use in the C5 cyclopentane area within seventy feet. 02) Welding, grinding, or gas cutting of this type of work is totally prohibited in the C5 cyclopentane area within seventy feet. Any type of motor vehicle cannot pass this C5 cyclopentane zone within seventy feet.
