Results of research indicate that the interaction of the combination of treatment between cow  urine concentration and planting media composition doesn’t give effect on seedling growth,  number of leaves, stem diameter, root length, and wet weight of resin seedling. The effect seems  only shown in the interaction of cow urine concentration and goat dung on dry weight of resin.  Cow urine solution concentration treatment of 2.0 cc/l (P3) tends to produce the best resin  growth. Planting media composition treatment with sand : soil : goat dung of 1:2:2 (Q2) results  in the best resin growth.
