every one wherever he is in the society or in the organization in doing his work can be stress. Like what happen to the employees or Labour Department Office in Pekalongan, some of the employee can feel stress when they do their works. As a matter of fact, the researcher try to find more factors of stress and what treatments that is suitable to minimize stress.
This research is done in the Labour Department Office in Pekalongan, Central java. The data were taken using observation and interviewwing technique. The responden is some people of the employees who show the highest stress level when they are doing their job.
From the result of the observation and interview, the researcher find the cause of the stress of the
Labour Department’s Employees. Those are, work environment, self experience, no support
from the society and family, no belief from the leader, conflict, and economy problem. The treatments which can be used to minimize stress is that counseling, social approach, meditation aproach, private health approach.
