{The first way is to lease the application from an

outsourcer and install it on the company’s premises. The vendor can help with the installation and

z IN-HOUSE DEVELOPMENT APPROACHES. There are two major approaches to in house development: building from scratch or

approaches to in-house development: building from scratch or building from components.

{ Build from scratch. This option should be considered only for

specialized applications for which components are not available. It is an expensive and slow process but it will provide the best fit
