ABSTRACT
Integrated Home Security System (IH SS) is a system that is bui lt to acknowledge
the a uthorized party by using a telephone call if the house is e nte red w ithout permission.
Thi s proj ect will concentrate on Designing User Device and Sensor Circ uit fo r IHSS
which is called as Part I of the IH SS. This part has three important circ uits that are the
re mote contro ller circuit, the receiver circ uit, and the sensor circuit. There a re two
possible conditions for the sensor circ uit whic h are idle cond ition and active conditi on.
If there is a di sruption from the door, the sensor circuit w ill be acti vated and a signal w ill
be transmitted to the A uto Dialer. The Auto Dialer w ill be d iscussed in Part II . The
magnetic sensor w ill be used in th is project as the device that will detect the act ion from
the door. This magnetic sensor is very cheap and suitable for th is project. The fu nct ion
of the remote contro ller is to contro l the system and to set the cond ition of the system. In
this proj ect, two LEOs were used to indicate condition of the system. The red one was
