Children and adolescents should do 60 minutes (1 hour) or more of physical activity each day.
Physical activity helps to:
• Maintain weight
• Reduce high blood pressure
• Reduce risk for type 2 diabetes, heart attack, stroke, and several forms of cancer
• Reduce arthritis pain and associated disability • Reduce risk for osteoporosis and falls
• How much physical activity do adults need?

Moderate-intensity aerobic activity:
It means you're working hard enough to raise your heart rate and break a sweat.
Vigorous-intensity aerobic activity:
It means you're breathing hard and fast, and your heart rate has gone up quite a bit

family members or hurt their feelings.
