children living together as a unit.

Also means any group of person

Children and adolescents should do 60 minutes (1 hour) or more of physical activity each day.

Physical activity helps to:

• Maintain weight

Reduce high blood pressure

Reduce risk for type 2 diabetes, heart attack, stroke, and several forms of cancer

Reduce arthritis pain and associated disabilityReduce risk for osteoporosis and falls

How much physical activity do adults need?

2hours 30 minutes in a week or 2 or 3 more days in a week

Moderate-intensity aerobic activity:

It means you're working hard enough to raise your heart rate and break a sweat.

Vigorous-intensity aerobic activity:

It means you're breathing hard and fast, and your heart rate has gone up quite a bit

How much physical activity do children need?

1. Aerobic Activities = 60minutes or more than that

2. Muscle strengthening = 3 days per week

Food not only serve biological

function but also social function.

Family meals offer the chance to

introduce kids to a new foods and act as a role model for healthy eating.

Good nutrition and a balanced diet

are the building blocks for a healthy family.

Eat a variety of fruits, vegetables,

and whole grains every day.

Eats a balanced diet to keep a

healthy weight and avoid family’s risk of obesity and chronic illness.

Limit fast food and low-nutrients

snacks, but don’t completely ban favorite snacks at home.

Take steps every day to live a

safe and healthy life :

Try to eat dinner together as a

family as often as possible.

Do not reward kids with foods. Avoid

using dessert as the prize for eating the meals.

The parents can do is to talk to their

Family members to spend time enjoying good

food – share quality time – strengthen family bonds.

Encourage healthy eating to kids. Kids will

follow the leads of the adults they see everyday.

Family meals represent of the ethnic, cultural,

or religious heritage of the family.

Eating together as a family is more than just a

meal, but an opportunity for families to come together regularly.

Should be the priority in our daily life .

Take a time for and plan interesting daily

family devotions.

This will help to build a wall of protection

Do the work or the chores together.

Plan activities that every member of the family will enjoy

family members or hurt their feelings.

by praise them and correct them if they make mistake
