berorientasi menjadi Perusahaan Jasa yang bergerak dibidang Jasa Pengamanan (BUJP), Perusahaan Penyalur Jasa Pekerja atau Lembaga Penempatan Tenaga Kerja Swasta untuk Staf Admin, Kasir, Akuntan, Office Boy dan Supir serta Teknik/Operator, Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja (LPK) serta beberapa jasa lain seperti Jasa Kebersihan, Jasa Sewa Armada Transportasi, Perdagangan Besar, Katering, Konstruksi dan Konsultan Manajemen.

KJN lahir dari inisiatif Nurohman Kosim untuk bergerak lebih maju dari seorang pekerja dengan jabatan Manajer Umum pada sebuah perusahan menjadi seorang Pengusaha dengan pandangan jauh ke depan, sehingga

mempunyi visi & misi profesionalisme & maksimal serta mengembangkan & menerapkan sistem manajemen yang terkini dan mengikuti perkembangan jaman.

Sosok Pengusaha yang banyak berkecimpung dalam lingkup bidang layanan konsultasi p e n g e m b a n g a n SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia) dan juga jasa konstruksi s/d developmen. Semasa kuliah aktif sebagai anggota MENWA (Resimen Mahasiswa) dan juga berbagai aktivitas komunitas bernuansa pelatihan

kedisiplinan yang memberikan kontribusi signifikan sebagai wawasan dan pembangunan - pengembangan kedisiplinan & etos kerja.

Sosok mantan Anggota TNI yang sangat berpengalaman dalam kegiatan atau tugas Pengamanan. Bertugas dalam melaksanakan p e n g a m a n a n / pengawalan bagi VVIP, dengan pengalaman penugasan mulai dari Presiden RI ke-2 hingga purna tugas pada tahun 2020 baik dalam negeri maupun kunjungan luar negeri. Bergabungnya Sunarno semakin memperkuat KJN dalam aspek kedisiplinan, ketangguhan dan dedikasi bagi perusahaan dengan berbagai lini bisnis.

Nurohman became the best participant of 62 participants in the Gada Utama Training from 16th to 21st July 2019 at the Aston Cengkareng Hotel Jakarta.

A businessman who has been involved in the field of HR (Human Resources) development consulting services and also construction up to development services. During college, he was active as a member of the MENWA (Student Regiment) and also involved in various community activities with the atmosphere of disciplinary training which contributed significantly to insight and establishment up to the development of discipline & work ethic.

A figure of an ex TNI (Indonesian National Army) who is very experienced in the field of security services. In charge of carrying out security / escort for VVIP, with his assignment experiences from the era of the 2nd President of the Republic of Indonesia to his retirement in 2020, both domestic and foreign visits. The joining of Sunarno further strengthens KJN in the aspects of discipline, resilience and dedication for our company that has various lines of business.

umber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan aset yang sangat berharga bagi sebuah perusahaan. esuai Dasar Hukum Pemagangan yakni UU RI No. 13 Th. 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan (Bab V Pelatihan Kerja;

Pasal 9 - 30) dan Peraturan Menteri

Tenaga Kerja & Transmigrasi RI No. 22/ MEN/IX/2009 tentang Penyelenggaraan

Pemagangan di Dalam Negeri, KJN

juga menyediakan Jasa Pemagangan. Dengan sistem pelatihan kerja yang diselenggarakan secara terpadu antara pelatihan-pelatihan di lembaga pelatihan dengan bekerja secara langsung dibawah bimbingan dan pengawasan instruktur atau pekerja yang lebih berpengalaman dalam proses produksi barang/jasa di perusahaan dalam rangka menguasai keterampilan dan keahlian tertentu.

n accordance with the Legal Basis of Apprenticeship, namely the Law of RI No. 13 Year 2003 concerning Manpower (Chapter V Job

Training; Articles 9 - 30) and the Regulation of the

Minister of Manpower & Transmigration of RI No. 22 / MEN / IX / 2009 concerning the Implementation of Domestic Apprenticeship, KJN also provides Apprenticeship Services. With a job training system that is carried out in an integrated manner between trainings in training institutions by working directly under the guidance and supervision

of instructors or workers who are more experienced in the process of producing goods / services in companies in order to master certain skills and expertise.

APPRENTICESHIP TERMS-CONDITIONS

1. Maksimal 30% dari jumlah karyawan. 2. Pemagangan dapat dilakukan di inti usaha

selama mengikuti ketentuan yang ada. 3. Jangka waktu pemagangan maksimal 1

(satu) tahun dan dapat diperpanjang jika masih diperlukan kualifikasi kompetensi (dilaporkan kepada Dinas Kabupaten/ Kota setempat).

4. Memiliki Sarana atau Ruang Tes/Psikotes Tertulis dan beberapa alat kerja (mesin) untuk melakukan pelatihan atau tempat/ruang pelatihan keterampilan. 5. Ruang Wawancara.

6. Memiliki acuan kerja dalam menghadapi kebutuhan perusahaan dalam hal produksi yang bermutu, sesuai standar yang dibutuhkan perusahaan.

Our service products are cleaning work that focuses on general cleaning and non-maintenance; where the work process outside the daily routine or periodic program, incidental work or other special preparations.

Cleaning work in the area of the house, office or industrial area that focuses on periodic / scheduled maintenance on a contract per week, per month or per year.

Cleaning work that focuses on cleaning services for carpets, sofas, floors or special furniture.

Cleaning work in the building wall area with scrap holding tools & rope access wall climbing or with a gondola machine.

Manpower contract services work that focus on painting the walls of houses or other buildings and their accessories.

Marble polishing, granite and terrazzo polishing.
