Results of laboratory tests before and after treatment of
wastewater is 7.52 and 7.94. It shows even if the pH value rises
after wastewater treatment, but the pH value is in the quality
standards and shows that the waste water is alkaline, so it is still
safe if discharged into the environment.

Lead
Based on the results of inlet and outlet values Lead (Pb) is not changed at <0.001 mg / l. the value of Lead (Pb) is still in quality standards, so it is still safe if discharged into the environment.

Decisions MENLH Number: Kep-58 / MENLH / 12/1995 regarding Standard Liquid Waste Activity Hospital Coliform amount allowed in waste water is 10,000 / 100 ml

Suggestions
The writer suggests is that the government and Banjarbaru Hospital managers should
pay more attention K3 and APD of the clerk processing both liquid and solid waste
because a little mistake could be harmful to death in the officer
