It has GH-releasing properties. The GH secreted in larger amounts in the body have effects that help to increase bone mineral density, increase mitosis and meiosis, which further triggers up muscle mass, triglyceride hydrolysis, which helps losing fat, tissue strengthening and improved skin elasticity.
