PROCEDURAL DIRECTIVES FOR APPLICATIONS AND ALLOCATION OF QUOTAS AS WELL AS THE ISSUE OF CERTIFICATES OF EXPORTS
OF TEXTILE AND CLOTHING (SKET)
(Decision of the Director General of Foreign Trade No. 09/DPLN/KP/III/2000 dated March 23, 2000)
THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE Considering:
a. That in the framework of implementation of the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 67/MPP/Kep/3/2000 concerning the export provisions on export quotas of textile and clothing (TPT), technical directives need to be issued;
b. That in relation thereto, the technical directives need to be stipulated by issuing a decision of the Director General of Foreign Trade.
In view of:
1. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 67/MPP/Kep/3/2000 concerning export quotas of textile and clothing;
2. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 27/MPP/Kep/2/2000 on the determination of Growth Quotas (KPt) of Textile and Clothing (TPT) in the quota year of 2000 for the destination countries of the United States, European Union, Norway, Canada and Turkey as well as partnership in exports of TPT;
3. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 53/MPP/Kep/2/2000 on the taking over of quotas of textile and clothing;
4. Decision of the Director General of Foreign Trade No. 07/DJ-PLN/KP/III/2000 on technical directives for the taking over quotas of textile and clothing (TPT).
D E C I D E S To revoke:
The Decision of the Director General of Foreign Trade No. DJ-PLN/KP/XI/1998 on procedural directives for applications and allocation of export quotas of textile and clothing.
To stipulate:
Article 1
Procedures for applications for recognition as approved exporters of textile and clothing (ETTPT) and allocation of quotas as well as the issue of certificates of export of textile and clothing (TPT) shall be in accordance with the Attachment to this decision.
Article 2
With the issue of this decision, other regulations contravening this decision shall be declared null and void.
Article 3
This decision shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.
