1. Letter of Offering:
a. The letter will be emailed by CAP by 12 June 2017 and to be sign-approved by respective grantee, then emailed-back to CAP at the latest of 14 June 2017 to: [email protected]
b. Together with a. above, the student is requested to provide letter from Direktorat Kemahasiswaan UGM stating current status of free-scholarship at the latest of 14 June 2017
2. Scholarship fund:
a. The first allowance will be transferred thru Bank Mandiri within 4th week of June 2017
b. Please send the scanned-copy of last payment receipt of UKT and your Bank Mandiri account number at the latest of 14 June 2017 to email: [email protected]
3. Letter of Agreement:
a. The draft will be emailed by CAP to all the grantee for pre-reading purpose
b. The schedule of event at UGM will tentatively be in 23 Aug 2017
