TalentTracker adalah sebuah sistem pemetaan bakat yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pandangan tentang
lingkup personality dan potensi bakat yang dapat menjadi acuan untuk rencana masa depan.
Dalam buku ini akan tertampil mengenai:
• overview personality
• potensi bakat dan peran yang diminati
• pengukuran keselarasan dalam group

Point Penting
Dalam mempelajari TalentTracker ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan :
• Pengukuran bakat dalam TalentTracker tidak memiliki hasil yang sama dengan psikotest
• TalentTracker dibuat dengan dasar Technical Competency Management dalam dunia Human Resources
• TalentTracker disusun oleh praktisi dalam dunia recruitment dan people development
• TalentTracker tidak memutuskan masa depan responden, melainkan mengarahkan berdasarkan bakat
yang dimiliki dengan menyelaraskan terhadap job description yang akan dihadapi
• TalentTracker melakukan assessment terhadap personality, motivation (SOFT SKILLS) dan potensi teknikal
(HARD SKILLS POTENTIAL)
• TalentTracker menyelaraskan hasil terhadap group responden, antara lain :
o Talent anak terhadap talent orangtua
o Talent siswa terhadap siswa lainnya dalam satu sekolah
o Talent karyawan/calon karyawan dengan karyawan lainnya dalam tim kerja

Penjelasan Assessment
DISC Personality
Personality dapat diartikan sebagai kumpulan dari perilaku, sikap dan perasaan dari seorang individu. Setiap individu
memiliki beberapa sifat (traits) yang melekat dan memberikan dampak kepada orang dan lingkungan sekitarnya.
Pada dasarnya tidak ada satu tes personality yang akurat, maka dilakukan beberapa tes untuk mencari relevansi dan
konsistensi hasil.
DOMINANCE
D dalam DISC menentukan tingkat dominasi seseorang. Cenderung mencerminkan kemampuannya dalam
memimpin, mengatur dan independensi dalam bekerja
INFLUENCE :
I dalam DISC menentukan tinggi rendahnya tingkat keluwesan dari seseorang dalam interaksi sosial. Cenderung
mencerminkan kemampuannya untuk menyemangati, mempengaruhi dan antusiasme dalam bekerja
STABILITY :
S dalam DISC menentukan tingkat kemampuan beradaptasi dan kestabilan dalam mengikuti perubahan. Cenderung
mencerminkan kemampuannya untuk mendukung, loyal dan ketenangan/kesabaran dalam menghadapi konflik
CONSCENTIOUSNESS :
C dalam DISC menentukan tinggi rendahnya tingkat kecermatan dari seseorang dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan.
Cenderung mencerminkan kemampuannya untuk menghargai aturan, konsisten dan teliti
MBTI Personality
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) adalah sistem assessment yang mengutamakan peranan seseorang terhadap
lingkungannya. MBTI terbagi menjadi 8 dimensi yaitu
Extrovert (terbuka)

Sensing (membuktikan)

Thinking (memikirkan)

Peta Kekuatan
Peta Kekuatan adalah indikator dari bakat yang dimiliki yang dapat menjadi potensi untuk pengembangan
dikemudian hari.
Dalam peta kekuatan tidak mengandung unsur negatif, namun diri kita bisa melakukan introspeksi sendiri hal apa
yang harus disesuaikan untuk perjalanan karir kedepan
.
Preferensi Peran
Preferensi Peran mengacu kepada peran yang paling diminati/dituju oleh responden. Beberapa kombinasi peran
dapat mengacu kepada satu job description.
Contoh :
Seorang STAFF KEUANGAN dapat terdiri dari kombinasi kemampuan berperan sebagai :
• Analyst (ANA)
• Administrator (ADM)
• Treasurer (TRE)
• Quality control (QCA)
• Evaluator (EVA)
Holland Codes
HOLLAND CODES atau disebut juga dengan Holland Occupational Themes adalah sistem assessment yang
berdasarkan teori karir dan pilihan vokasi, yang terbagi menjadi :
R – Realistic (Doers)
I – Investigative (Thinkers)
A – Artistic (Creators)
S – Social (Helpers)
E – Enterprising (Persuaders)
C – Conventional (Organizers)
Way Of Thinking Test
WAY OF THINKING Test digunakan oleh Citacitaku.ID dalam melihat sistematika pemikiran dari seseorang yang
umum dipakai dalam perekrutan untuk profesi teknikal dan programming, antara lain terdiri dari :
Unstructured - sistematika berpikir tidak terstruktur dan tidak terpola
Structured - sistematika berpikir dengan mengikuti alur dan prosedur yang ada
Connected - sistematika berpikir dengan menggali lebih dalam korelasi antar informasi
Complex - sistematika berpikir yang cukup memiliki kompleksitas dalam melihat gambaran permasalahan
