Many results are stated and proved in a more general framework of symmetric and skewsymmetric matrices with respect to an invertible matrix which is skewsymmetric relative to

In this paper, it is proven that every multiplicative bijective map, Jordan bijective map, Jordan triple bijective map, and elementary surjective map on triangular algebras is

As is well known, the Schur complements of strictly or irreducibly diagonally dom- inant matrices are H − matrices; however, the same is not true of generally diagonally

The latter two problems are hopeless since they are wild; i.e., each of them contains the problem of classifying pairs of matrices over F up to similarity..

The paper studies the eigenvalue distribution of Schur complements of some special matrices, including nonstrictly diagonally dominant matrices and general H − matrices.. Zhang, Xu,

Some applications of this factorization are given; in particular some matrix partial orderings and the relationship between the canonical angles and various classes of matrices

as a maximal hypo-nilpotent ideal and prove that N can’t be a nilradical of solvable non-nilpotent 3-Lie algebras.. The organization for the rest of this paper is

For large random matrices similar to those considered here, concentration of the spectral measure was also studied by Guionnet and Zeitouni [ 9 ] , who considered Wishart matrices X ′
