Definisi – Ruang Lingkup

“Best  Prac�ce”  didefinisikan  sebagai  seperangkat  kebijakan,  

sistem,  proses,  dan  prosedur  yang  pada  suatu  saat  tertentu  

dianggap  sebagai  terapan  terbaik  karena  memberikan  hasil  dan  

manfaat  op�mal  sesuai  dengan  harapan,  sehingga  layak  untuk  

dijadikan  model  acuan  adopsi.  

Dalam  kaitannya  dengan  “pengadaan”  atau  “procurement”,  

pemilihan  “Best  Prac�ce”  harus  berbasis  pada:
