The participants were 75 students of 2014 of English Language Education Program. The researcher used two questionnaires to collect the data. The data was analyzed based on the classification of Pawapatcharaudom (2007) and on Oxford’s Strategy Inventory for Language Learning (SILL, Version 7.0, 1989) framework. The result shows that the participants usually find some problems during their learning process in the area of listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. The result also indicates that the participants tend to use various kinds of learning strategies in order to comprehend English skills. The findings can be a valuable resource to consider appropriate ways of using those strategies to improve English teaching and learning practice.
