Sensitive Magnetic Field Sensor Based on Compensated Double Pick Up Coil to Detect a
Changed of Magnetic Field Caused by Natural Disaster

Control deposition of the Ni-Fe thin films as a candidate core flat sensitive magnetic field sensor based on flux gate configuration has been deposited on a substrates of printed circuit board (PCB). The magnetic thin films fabricated by electrodeposition. Percentage compositions of elemen were measured by x-ray fluorosense (XRF). Where as surface morphology was analyzed by nano surf scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). And magnetic property was measured by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Modification of growth parameters have been clarified could significantly affect magnetic characteristics of the Ni-Fe thin films. Typical magnetic characteristics which are obtained were suitable for the application of sensitive flux gate magnetic-sensor.
