Starter Motor Isolation refers to the isolation of the

machine starting circuit only. This provides power to the

machines electrical systems to enable the live testing of

electrical circuits and systems. This form of isolation is used

during scheduled or any other services.

Emergency Stop refers to instant shutdown of an operating

machine in an emergency situation such as fire, rollover,

collision where the operator of the machine may be

in-capacitated or unaware of a developing emergency situation.

Battery Isolation refers to compelete isolation of all power

from the batteries to the electrical systems on the machine.

This isolation is generally required during maintenance

services such as welding, major component replacement and

or major component repairs.

Intellex® Critical Incline Shut Down is a system used to prevent accidents due to falling unit for sideways while traveling. System will give prior warning signal to theoperator indicating the slope of the unit on the danger status. The operator must immediately position the unit in order not constantly in a state of tilt.

The use of the Intellex® switch group for enable and disable lighting group among them, work lamp, strobe light amber, strobe light blue and option lamp. Power Distribution Unit 3 Systems

The Intellex Speed Limit Protection System is an additional system that can be applied to the mobile unit with a maximum speed that can be adjusted in accordance with the request of the customer . The main function is to limit the speed and maintain maximum speed on the unit. Speed limit works when a speed sensor is already reading the maximum limit (ex. 5 km/h) by means of the sensor provides a signal to the solenoid cut off to reduce the supply of fuel to the injection pump so that the rotation rpm will drop in the idle position . Speed limits will also provide an alarm/ warning at a predetermined maximum speed .
