ON
THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTUREOF THE FACULTIES AT UNIVERSITAS INDONESIA
BY THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY
THE RECTOR OF UNIVERSITAS INDONESIA,
Considering: a. that the Rector Decree Number 0004/SK/R/UI/2014 on the Organizational Structure of the Faculties at Universitas Indonesia contains an error in the appendix so it needs to be corrected; b. that withthe issuance of the Government Regulation Number 68
of 2013 on the Statute of Universitas Indonesia, the Organizational Structure of the Faculties at Universitas Indonesia needs to be stipulated;
c. thatthe amendment to the Rector Decree of Universitas Indonesia Number 0004/SK/R/UI/2014 needs to be stipulated by Rector Decree;
In view of: 1. Act Number 20 of 2003 on the National Education System; 2. Act Number 1 of 2004 on National Treasury;
3. Act Number 12 of 2012 on Higher Education;
4. The Government Regulation Number 23 of 2005 on the Financial Management of Public Service Agencies;
6. The Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4of 2014 on the Implementation of Higher Education and Management of Higher Education Institutions;
7. The Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 6 of 2013 on the Official Scripts in the Ministry of Education and Culture;
8 The Decree of the Board of Trustees of Universitas Indonesia Number 01/SK/MWA-UI/2003 on the Bylaws of Universitas Indonesia;
9. The Decree of the Board of Trustees of Universitas Indonesia Number 011/SK/MWA-UI/2007 on the Amendment to Article 37 paragraph (1) of the Bylaws of Universitas Indonesia;
10. The Decree of the Board of Trustee of Universitas Indonesia’s Directive Number 003/K/MWA-UI/2013 on the Appointment and Assignment of the Acting Rector of Universitas Indonesia;
11. The Rector Decree of Universitas Indonesia Number 690/SK/R/UI/2007 on the Improvement of the Organizational Core Structure of Universitas Indonesia;
12. The Rector Decree of Universitas Indonesia Number 756/SK/R/UI/2007 on the Completeness of the Organizational Core Structure of Universitas Indonesia;
Noting: The letter of the Vice Rector of Research, Development and Cooperation of Industry of Universitas Indonesia Number 019/H2.R3/HKP.01.02/2014 on March 5, 2014 about the Proposal on the Improvement of the Organizational Structure of the Faculties.
DECIDES
To stipulate:
First : The amendment to the Rector Decree Number 0004/SK/R/UI/2014 on the Organizational Structure of the Faculties at Universitas Indonesia is as stated in this appendix.
Second : The addition and reduction of organs are allowed as long as they are in line with the workload and condition of the Faculty and have been approved by the Rector of Universitas Indonesia.
Third : Faculties that do not have Department/Major can adjust to their respective main duties and functions.
Fourth : All Faculties are obligated to adjust and apply the Organizational Structure since stipulation date.
Fifth : With the application of this Rector Decree, the Rector Decree Number 0004/SK/R/UI/2014 is repealed and declared not valid.
