PT AGUNG PODOMORO LAND TBK TO OFFER ITS PHASE I SHELF REGISTERED
BOND I 2013 OF IDR 1.2 TRILLION
Jakarta, 23 May, 2013.
PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk ("APL" or "Company") - (IDX Ticker:
APLN) – today announced its plan to have a public offering of Phase I Shelf Registered Bond I
with a maximum size of IDR 1.2 trillion. The Bond which was rated idA (A/stable) by Pefindo
will have five years maturity with fixed coupon rate.
The bonds will be offered at 100% of the nominal value of the bonds with coupon rate range of
8.25% - 9.25% and with quarterly interest payments.
The proceeds of the Bonds, net of issuance costs, will be used to finance the
Company’s
expansion program in order to increase its business growth, and to refinance the syndicated
bank loan.
Joint Lead Underwriters of this Bond are PT CIMB Securities Indonesia, PT HSBC Securities
Indonesia, PT Indopremier Securities and PT Mandiri Securities.
