TO IDR 1.2 TRILLION

PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk ("APL" or "Company") - (IDX
Ticker: APLN)
– announced today that following bookbuilding process, the Company
increased its bond offering to IDR 1.2 trillion from only IDR800 billion previously. The
Company expects to receive approval from Bapepam within this week. This high demand from
investors shows strong confidence from the financial community to APL and its ability to fulfill
its commitment to bondholders.
