ABSTRACT
Leadership defined as behaviour or action among group and individual causing individual as well as that groups draw away to reach the target of which [is] progressively accepted by each side. Relate to the mentioned a headmaster have to have head a leader, where headmaster duty as leader is to compile planning of school, organizational of institute of school and apply leadership in work. To be able to finish its duty a headmaster have to have good background. The
background cover education level, year of service and experience of profession. This research aim to to know relation mount education, year of service and experience of profession with quality of leadership of Elementary Headmaster Country of Kendal Ngawi. Type Research the used is descriptive research of correlasional. Research done on 1-8 april 2010. sample in this research is Elementary Headmaster Country of Kendal Ngawi amounting to 24 people. Technique analyse data the used is analysis of regresi doubled. Result of analysis get equation of double regresi : Y = 133,416 + 0,328X1 + 0,621X2 + 0,512X3. As for as a whole mount
