ABSTRACT
The Service of Nutrient in Hospital has great effect on food supplying to sick peoples, so that the target management of food supplying in hospital is to comply with requirement of nutrition on the patient that utilize to quicken healing and shorting day of care. The purpose of this re. earch was to observe the quality of dish menu, serving and nutritional status of interna room and surgical room in RSUD dr. Soebandi Jember. This research represent as descriptive that conducted on December 2006 to June 2007. with population from patient of interna and surgical room in RSUD dr Soehandi .Jemher amount as 35 of patient. The sampling technique that used is stratified random sampling. Result of this research indicate : aroma of food on enough tasty category, flavor on enough delicious category, food colour on enough interesting and form of food on enough category also texture on good category. The food serving on good interesting category, hygiene of preserving food on the category was never find residue of processing that not useless or the
other feces, appearance the equipment of food on the hygiene and the hygiene of food on the category was never find the dust and the leftovers from a meal that still cling. The nutrition status on normal category.
