Abstract

As corporate become the subject criminal law, it was also a revolution in criminal law in Indonesia occurred. But, if we consider the problem of corporate criminal liability associated with the individualization of a crime, the accused or convicted person representing the corporation can not enjoy the individualization of criminal, because of the fact that the individualization of criminal offenses was tailored to the "needs" of individuals just fits if the subject of criminal law is human being as individuals.
