Nama Pekerjaan : Pengadaan Function Generator Nilai Total HPS : Rp 73.350.000,- (termasuk PPN 10%)
Sumber Dana : Anggaran Investasi PT PJB UBJ O&M PLTU PACITAN tahun 2014 2. Syarat Peserta Lelang:
a. Perusahaan berbadan hukum dengan kualifikasi sub bidang Mekanikal dan Elektrikal/listrik; b. Pabrikan (Manufacture) / Agen Resmi dari produk yang ditawarkan;
c. Penyedia barang/jasa harus mendapat dukungan dari pabrikan (manufacture)/Agen Resmi yang berpengalaman dalam bidang pengadaan barang sejenis;
d. Penyedian Barang/jasa memiliki pengalaman paling sedikit 1 (satu) kali menyediakan barang sejenis dalam kurun waktu selama 4 tahun terakhir, termasuk pengalaman sub kontrak dengan hasil baik, kecuali untuk penyedia yang baru berdiri kurang dari 3 (tiga) tahun tidak diwajibkan memiliki pengalaman. Pengalaman tersebut dibuktikan melalui :
1. Surat perintah Kerja/kontrak pekerjaan; 2. Berita Acara Serah Terima barang;
3. Sub kontrak yang diketahui oleh pengguna jasa/pemilik barang
e. Penyedia Barang/Jasa tidak sedang menjalani sanksi blacklist di lingkungan PT PLN (Persero) Group. 3. Pendaftaran dan Pengambilan Dokumen Pengadaan

4. Pendaftaran dan pengambilan dokumen pengadaan dapat diwakilkan dengan membawa surat tugas dari direktur utama/pimpinan perusahaan/kepala cabang dan kartu tanda pengenal perusahaan.
5. Seseorang dilarang mewakili lebih dari 1 (satu) perusahaan dalam mendaftar dan mengambil dokumen pengadaan.
6. Penyedia yang mendaftar untuk ikut pelelangan namun tidak memasukkan dokumen penawaran tanpa alasan yang profesional akan dikenakan sanksi blacklist selama 6 (enam) bulan.
Pengumuman ini bukan merupakan ikatan yang dapat mengakibatkan kewajiban finansial kepada PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali.
