THE DESIGN OF PHARMACY MANAGEMENT AND INTEGRATED

MEDICINAL TREATMENT AT VIKA PHARMACY

ABSTRACT

Information system of clinic and pharmacy build for can help the clinic for processing patient data, medical record patient data, user application data, medicine data, transaction data and dishes daily report and month report.

This Information system build by step of analysis and angineering use object oriented method with Unified Modeling Language (UML) as tool for help in process analysis and engeneering. In implementation, this information system walk on web browser who one of many of the excess from aplication base on web is easy for deployment of the aplication. The design of pharmacy’s management application is set by using by using dhelpy language program while the applied database which used in this information system is MYSQL 5.0 this program has been proved to be countable.

1.INTRODUCTION

1.1 Background Issue

Vika pharmacy is a business entity in the field of drug sales should be good at set sales strategies to increase sales results. Where the pharmacy serves as a provider and distributor of the drug should be able to provide the best service to the community. In line with the running time is Vika berkembangan pharmacy business to the treatment of patients with clinic made

consisting of several doctors.

With many drug items, and from year to year increases are influenced by the growth of pharmaceutical manufacturers of new, also influenced the discovery of new drugs and more drugs than 1 clone of original drugs, the many items that do not have drugs in the drug database in pharmacies, but already in the books of ISO (Information Spesialite medicine), IIMS (Indonesia Index of Medical specialties), doi (List Drugs Indonesia).

For sales transactions and drug store conducted in accordance with the rules of the BPOM (Inspection Agency Food and Drugs) is done by FIFO (First In First Out) based on the expiration date of the drug.

1.2 Problem formulation

Viewed from the background of these authors take a conclusion how to make the best system for these pharmacies. Especially in the case of the data processing, the author felt the need to conduct research under the title "The design of the pharmacy

management applications and integrated

medicine in a pharmacy Vika".

1.3 Identify Problems

Formulation of the problem can be formulated in the following questions: 1. How to create a system that can handle the process begins with registration of new patients or old patients, a list of patient medical records, patient input recipes. 2. How to create a system that can handle the prescription from polyclinics (doctor) that can be processed directly by the pharmacy, so more effectively, without the

patient's prescription must be taken.

3. How to handle the duplication of data in

polyclinics and in pharmacies.

4. How to design a drug database system in

the book of ISO (Spesialite Drug

Information), IIMS (Indonesia Index of Medical specialties), doi (List Drugs Indonesia).

1.4 Purpose

Based on the problems studied, the purpose of writing this final task is to create

management applications integrated

pharmacy and medicine at the pharmacy Vika.

1.5 Objectives

The goals of this system is as follows: 1. Designing a pharmacy information system that can process patient data, patient card, patient medical records, prescription data

from the clinic (the doctor).

2. Designing a system that could handle the prescription from polyclinics (the doctor) that can be processed directly by the pharmacy, so more effectively, without the recipe to bring the patient, and to reduce the misreading occurred polyclinic doctor's prescription.

3. Designing a system to serve the clinic's prescription sales and prescriptions from

outside doctors.

4. Designing a drug database system in the book of ISO (Spesialite Drug Information),

IIMS (Indonesia Index of Medical

specialties), DOI (List Drugs Indonesia) so as to facilitate the search of prescription drugs.

1.6 Limitation Problem / Scope study

In order for the discussion can be done as directed and as expected, it is necessary to apply restrictions to the problems discussed in it, among others:

1. Transactions are covered only transactions registration, examination in clinic and prescription at a pharmacy sales.

2. Transactions recipes from polyclinics can directly be seen in a pharmacy and prescription transactions from the outside must be diinputkan by the pharmacist. 3. Client server-based applications.

4. Modeling method used is by using

object-oriented UML (Unified Modeling

Language).

4. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS 4.1. Conclusion

On the basis of which has been described above it can be deduced as follows:

a Design Application Management Clinic and Pharmacy to provide facilities in the service of providing service to the community.

b Design and Application Clinic Pharmacy Management can increase the speed and quality of service in units of medical services as a whole.

c Design and Application Clinic Pharmacy

Management can contribute a great

advantage in Sales and Storage System in a FIFO based drugs drug expiration reminder assistance system approach kadalauarsa drugs.

d Application Design Clinic and Pharmacy Management can accelerate the process of preparing reports that provide monitoring

facilities to create a policy that is led clinic and pharmacy.

4.2. Advice

From the description above, the authors make some suggestions that may be used as constructive feedback for improving the quality of clinic information systems and pharmacy in the future, is as follows: a. Improve or develop human resources who have the ability in the field of information technology.

b. For future development may be integrated into clinical information systems and pharmacy with other parts in clinics such as finance, personnel and others.
