ABSTRACT
Pleasantly, orderly, highly morale of work and satisfaction are several goals which has to achieve
by a company or organization in order to increase performance of their workers. One good
method that they can use to achieve those goals is implementing efficiently room management.
Efficiently room management systems’ aim is to ease the workers on their job, both from
workflow side, supervision, coordination, also upgrading morale of work and satisfaction which
they can feel indirectly.
The object of this room management study is SWCU’s central administration building (GAP).
The implementation of efficiently room management system will describe about GAP’s room
management form and the elements or efficiency of room management. This study used primary
and secondary data, and also descriptive statistics as researching tool.
From this study’s result, writer has made conclusion that the types of room management which is
use by SWCU’s central administration building (GAP) is a kind of room management
combination form, and by using it, the elements and efficiency of room management that we
want will be achieved because it can ease the workers on their job/duty, both from time, energy,
mind, room, and also object and cost perspective. Therefore, implementing room management
system like this can help workers in order to accomplish their job properly.
