Program ini berlaku bagi peserta pria dan wanita, Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) dan berdomisili di wilayah Republik Indonesia, minimum usia 18 tahun sampai maksimal 45 tahun dan memiliki kartu identitas diri yang masih berlaku (KTP, SIM atau Paspor).
Peserta Shopping Spree harus menandatangani surat pernyataan yang menyatakan bahwa peserta tidak sedang hamil, atau memiliki gangguan kesehatan yang dapat membahayakan peserta dalam mengikuti acara ini.
