ABSTRAK
Dea Annisa Noviyanti, 210103120020, Laporan Tugas Akhir ini berjudul “Manajemen Event Funky Ambassador oleh 99ERS Radio Bandung”. Dosen pembimbing, Dr. Lukiati Komala, M.Si. Program Diploma III Pendidikan Ahli Komunikasi Terapan, Program Studi Kehumasan, Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi, Universitas Padjadjaran, Jatinangor.
Tujuan penulisan adalah untuk mengetahui tahapan research, tahapan planning, tahapan design, tahapan coordination, dan tahapan evaluation pada event Funky Ambassador. Metode pengamatan adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan.
Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan Funky Ambassador dimulai dari tahapan research dengan melakukan survey rating radio melalui AC Nielsen untuk menentukan khalayak sasaran, menentukan waktu dan tempat pelaksanaan, menentukan bentuk program serta menggunakan metode analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui kelemahan, kelebihan, peluang serta tantangan pada kegiatan Funky Ambassador ini. Tahapan planning meliputi menganalisis sesuatu, menentukan tujuan berdasarkan riset yang didapat, menyusun anggaran, serta menyusun jadwal kegiatan. Tahapan design meliputi tempat kegiatan yang akan digunakan dengan menggunakan metode experiences audiences serta merancang fasilitas. Tahapan coordination meliputi komitmen antaranggota tim, kepercayaan, kerjasama tim, tanggung jawab antaranggota tim, kedisiplin antaranggota tim, dukungan pimpinan, implementasi koordinasi persiapan kegiatan, geladi bersih serta kendala-kendala pelaksanaan. Tahapan evaluation meliputi cara menganalisis keberhasilan kegiatan Funky Ambassador.

The goal in this final assignment essay is to know the research steps, planning steps, design steps, coordination steps and to know the evaluation steps on funky ambassador program by 99ERS Radio Bandung.
Descriptive method was used by the author for this final assignment. Beside, author observation, interview, and literature technique.
The result shown that funky ambassador activity started from research steps by doing rating survey through AC Nielsen to decide the main public target, deciding the time and place, deciding the program and using SWOT analysis method to know the weakness, surplus, chances and challenges on this funky ambassador activity. Planning steps include the analysis process, deciding the goal based on research, planning the budget, and planning the time of event. Design steps include the place of the activity which will be used by using experiences audiences method and designing the facility. Coordination steps include the commitment between team members, trust, teamwork, responsibility, discipline, leadership support, implementation of coordination activity rehearsals and the stumbles of the activity. Evaluation steps include achievement analysis funky ambassador activity.
