The objectives of the HIV key informant interviews (KIIs) are to:

1. Assess HIV key informants’ knowledge of the MISP standard and its relation to HIV

2. Learn more about whether HIV is effectively integrated with RH and vice versa for HIV prevention and response and to meet the MISP standard 3. Explore HIV concerns and needs of the crisis-affected population in the

setting

4. Determine what MISP-related HIV services are available in this setting and the timeliness of the HIV response

5. Determine if an effective HIV referral mechanism has been established 6. Explore how affected communities are engaged in the HIV response 7. Assess HIV agencies' preparedness for MISP–related HIV response
