All of them must be work togetherness and synergy as internal strenght of cooperative, according to value and principle of cooperative. Partnership as a external strenght must be done with other business institution. There are several important to make cooperative sucessfull to face global cooperative consist of: (a) leadership, (b) empowering human resources, (c) motivating, (d) enterpreunership, (e) take care to the policy of goverment,(f) information technology, and (g) partnership.
