Conclusion

Oligotrophic bacteria were dominant (

p<0.05

) on

reforested soils but outcompeted measured in this study.

The higher amount of organic matter and fertilizer had

been applied to the vegetable fields, the higher population

density of Copiotrophic bacteria.

In contrary, the population density of oligotrophic bacteria

on higher content of organic matter and availability of soil

macro nutrients.
