Progress Report for BOPET production line
Steady growth of GDP in China and Indonesia presented Indopoly with opportunities in catering growing demands for flexible packaging. The Company engaged Brueckner to manufacture its new state-of-the-art Biaxially Oriented Polyester (BOPET) production line with annual capacity of approximately 20,000 tonnes.
In May 2010, Mr. Henry Halim, President Director of the Company, held groundbreaking event to mark the construction of the new line. By February 2011, major components of the machine has been shipped and cleared from custom. As of March 2011, the machine is undergoing final stage of installation and is expected to be commissioned end of May 2011.
