Description
EONROM 100 is a polyamide membrane cleaner, especially for cleaning inorganic foulant. Most reverse osmosis system failure is due to membrane fouling. The effects of fouling in R/O system are decrease in flux rate and poor water quality, which finally leads to membrane replacement. Repeated maintenance cleaning will prolong life of membrane.

EONROM 100 is effective for cleaning inorganic foulant, such as: metal oxide, metal hydroxides, calcium carbonate scales.
• Safe for Polyamide Membrane
EONROM 100 does not cause ionic fouling or attack polyamide membrane.
• Biodegradable & Safe to Use
This product contains materials which are more than 80% readily biodegradable before 21 days they are safe to use.
Application
Rinse the permeator with the water
Dissolve 2 kg of EONROM 100 for every
100 liter of R/O permeate.
Mix thoroughly and make sure that all the
powder is completely dissolved.
Adjust pH in the range of 3.5±0.5 pH
should be above 2.3.
Circulate solution in R/O system for one
hour. Do not allow pressure to exceed 60 psi.
Dump 20% of total solution and continue
the circulation as follows:

EONROM 100 adalah kimia pembersih untuk polyamide membran, khusus untuk kotoran inorganik. Sebagian besar sistim reverse osmosis yang tidak bekerja disebabkan oleh membrane yang telah kotor. Akibatnya, jumlah air yang dapat diproses menurun, kualitas air juga menurun, dan akhirnya membran harus diganti. Pembersihan
membrane secara teratur akan
memperpanjang umur membran.

Produk ini menggunakan material yang biodegradable lebih dari 80% dalam waktu kurang dari 21 hari dan material tersebut aman dalam pemakaian.
Cara Pemakaian
Bilas permeator menggunakan air. Larutkan 2 kg EONROM 100 dalam setiap
100 liter air hasil R/O. Aduk sampai larut semua.
Atur pH menjadi 3.5±0.5. pH harus diatas 2.3.
Lakukan sirkulasi larutan pembersih ini dalam sistim R/O selama 1 jam. Tekanan maximum adalah 60 psi.
Buang 20% larutan dan teruskan sirkulasi dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:

Use Iron Test Kit to monitor Iron content
in the solution every 30 minutes. The cleaning process is done when three times reading show the value doesn’t exceed 10% from before reading.
Stop the circulation and dump the
solution off totally.
For multipass system, clean each pass
separately. When the solution becomes yellow or cloudy, replace with a new cleaning solution.
After cleaning rinse thoroughly with R/O
permeate water.
Rinse the permeator by using water with
pressure of 40 psi
Run the equipment and check the
performance. Repeat the cleaning
procedure if necessary.

Please do not discharge to the sewer. To be neutralized before dumping. For further detail, please refer to Material Safety Data Sheet.
Disposal Information
Waste incineration with the approval of the responsible local authority.
Storage
Store in cool dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
Shelf Life
The shelf life for this product is 2 years when it is stored in its original, sealed container at room temperature. However, the product should be inspected after 2 years from the date of manufacture prior to customer use.
- 2 gpm untuk permeator 4 inch

- 12 gpm untuk permeator 8 inch Gunakan Iron Test Kit untuk memonitor
iron pada larutan/solution setiap 30 menit. Cleaning dianggap selesai ketika 3X hasil yang dicapai tidak melebihi 10%.
Berhentikan sirkulasi dan buang semua larutan.
Untuk sistim multipass, bersihkan setiap pass satu per satu. Bila larutan menjadi kuning atau keruh, ganti dengan larutan pembersih baru.
Setelah bersih bilas dengan air hasil R/O. Bilas permeator menggunakan aor
dengan tekanan sekitar 40 psi.
Jalankan mesin, cek performanya! Ulangi cleaning jika belum selesai
Kesehatan & Keamanan
Jangan buang produk ini ke sungai atau parit. Larutan harus dinetralkan sebelum dibuang. Untuk lebih detailnya, bisa dipelajari di Lembar Data Keselamatan Bahan.
Informasi Pembuangan Limbah Pemusnahan limbah harus memenuhi peraturan setempat yang berlaku.
Penyimpanan
Simpan ditempat yang sejuk dan kering. Jauhkan dari panas matahari langsung. Masa Kadaluarsa
Masa kadaluarsa produk ini adalah 2 tahun bila disimpan dalam wadah yang asli, disegel pada suhu kamar. Namun, produk tersebut harus diperiksa setelah 2 tahun dari tanggal pembuatan sebelum digunakan pelanggan.
