Steps of Customer’s Complaints
1. Customers fill the complaint form which can be downloaded on Biology website.
2. Customers send the complaint form about department/laboratory service via email ([email protected]), suggestion box in laboratory/department, and phone/fax (+62341 575841).
3. Administration staff archives and reports the complaints to Head of Department.
4. Administration staff gives response to customers who send complaint that their complaint has been received by Department.
5. Administration staff verifies the complaints due to one week. 6. Administration staff answers the complaints from customers. 7. Department arranges programs to make a better service.
