berlaku untuk p~giriman dan penerimaan misi khus·us, yaitu mi"'"' si yang bers·ifat sementara ya~g mewakili suatu negara ya~g di- kirim ke ne.gara lain dengan pe.rse.tujuan negara te.rsebut,dengan tujuan menangani masalah khusus atau menjalankan hal.,....hal yang b.erhubungan dengan tugas khusus.

Exemption from social a.tcurify legislation
1,. Subject to the pnwisiona of ,parqrapb 3 of this article. representatives of ihe sending State in the special mission and members
of
its diplomatic~aa!l shBH. in respect of services rendered for the sending State, be exempt from socla! se:eurity provisions ~bich may be in force in tho receiving Stat~.

member of its diplomatic staff & mt condition:(a) that such employed persons are not nationals of or

'co) that they are covered by the social security provisions which may be in force in the sending State or a third State.
