K omoditas perkebunan menjadi andalan bagi perekonomian nasional dan salah satu penyumbang terbesar devisa negara Indonesia di tengah pandemi COVID-19. Dapat dilihat dari nilai ekspor komoditas perkebunan pada Tahun 2020 secara total nilai ekspor perkebunan mencapai US$ 28,24 milyar atau setara dengan Rp. 410,76 triliun (asumsi 1 US$=

Rp 14.582). Sedangkan berdasarkan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), subsektor perkebunan Tahun 2020 tumbuh 1,33 persen (Y-on-Y). Kontribusi nasional pada sub sektor perkebunan terhadap perekonomian nasional semakin meningkat dan diharapkan dapat memperkokoh pembangunan perkebunan secara menyeluruh. Agar informasi perkebunan dapat tersebar secara luas, setiap tahun diterbitkan Buku Statistik Perkebunan.

Statistik Perkebunan Indonesia tahun 2020-2022 menyajikan data luas areal, produksi, produktivitas baik secara nasional maupun provinsi menurut status pengusahaannya yaitu Perkebunan Rakyat, Perkebunan Besar Negara dan Perkebunan Besar Swasta. Penyajian data juga dilengkapi dengan data ekspor dan impor untuk masing-masing komoditas yang mencakup negara tujuan/asal, volume dan nilai, harga di dalam dan luar negeri serta untuk beberapa komoditas tertentu disajikan data keseimbangan dunia.

Data yang disajikan merupakan hasil sinkronisasi dan validasi data statistik perkebunan 2020-2022 yang dilaksanakan secara berjenjang dari tingkat kabupaten sampai tingkat nasional dengan mengacu pada Pedoman Pengelolaan Data Komoditas Perkebunan yang diterbitkan Direktorat Jenderal Perkebunan. Data tersebut meliputi angka tetap tahun 2020 (ATAP), angka sementara tahun 2021 (ASEM) dan angka estimasi tahun 2022 (AESTI). Data yang disajikan bersumber dari data primer yang dikumpulkan dari dinas yang membidangi perkebunan di provinsi dan data sekunder yang dikutip dari data yang diterbitkan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Kementerian Perindustrian, Kementerian Perdagangan, Bank Indonesia, dan publikasi yang diterbitkan oleh asosiasi-asosiasi perkebunan baik dalam maupun luar negeri.

Preface

E state crops commodity well recognized as mainstay for the national economy and one of the largest contributors to Indonesia’s foreign exchange in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

It can be seen from the export value of estate crop in 2020, total export value of estate crops reached US$ 28.24 billion or equivalent to Rp. 410.76 trillion (assumed 1 US $ = Rp. 14,582).

Meanwhile, based on Gross Domestic Product (GDP), the estate crops sub-sector in 2020 grew 1.33 percent (Y-on-Y). National contribution of sub-sector of estate crops in the national economy tends increases from year to year and being expected to strengthen overall national development.

Furthermore, This statistic data is presented to inform widely the achievement preogress of Directorate General of Estate Crops every year.

The Statistic data of estate crops in Indonesia during 2020-2022 including presents area, production and productivity by province and district level of small holders, state and private estate company.

Its compiled by volume, value of both export and import data, price data for domestic and world market including certain world balance data for some estate crops commodities. Presenting data are from the result of synchronization and validation of statistic data of estate crops during 2020- 2022 which based on hierarchical from district up to national level by using guidelines of data management of estate crops commodity. In this edition, data of the 2020 are presented as fixed data (called ATAP), preliminary data of 2021 (called ASEM) and the estimated data of 2022 (called AESTI). The primary data were collected from Local Authority Agency (called Dinas) of Estate Crops Province and the secondary data were collected from Indonesia Agency of Central Statistics (BPS), Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Trade, Central Bank of Indonesia, and National/International publications of estate crops commodity from realated associations.

The existing publication supported from strong cooperation from stateholders. In this opportunity,

we extend our high appreciation in high comitment cooperation. This publication presented come

from supporting from related stakeholders in the form of hard copy and in electronic data and

may easily obtained or accessible through website of the Directorate General of Estate Crops (www.

ditjenbun.pertanian.go.id)

Hopefully this publication will have high values for users and as reference for policy makers.
