Allow better expression of the timeliness of EO product acquisition and processing.

change:

Addition within the EarthObservationResult/product/ProductInformation class of a new optional property �timeliness� that

specifies the timeliness of the product acquiistion, such as "near real time" or "rush". Possible values are

mission specific and shall refer to mission/ground segment dedicated codeSpace. Example of values are "NRT" or

"NOMINAL"

The current ProcessingInformation/processingMode element is

constrained to a fixed enumeration with values that are not generally applicable and through which the timeliness cannot be correctly expressed. It is proposed to change the type of this element to a mission/ground segment specific codelist . Examples of values are �NRT�, �NOMINAL�, NOMINAL,

REPROCESSED, BACKLOGGED, VALIDATE
