Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab dominan dari rendahnya motivasi belajar mahasiswa Pegunungan Bintang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode fishbone analisys dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara sebagai teknik pengumpulan data awal serta FGD (fokus group diskusi) sebagai pengumpulan data utama yang di lengkapi dengan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini berdasarkan FGD yang diikuti oleh delapan mahasiswa melalui voting suara ditemukan ada dua faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi rendahnya motivasi belajar mahasiswa Pegunungan Bintang diantaranya yaitu faktor internal dari aspek psikologis dan faktor eksternal dari aspek sosial. This study aims to determine the dominant cause of low motivation of student learning Bintang Mountains. The method used is the method fishbone analisys using interview techniques as well as the initial data collection techniques FGD (focus group discussions) as the main data collection that is equipped with the documentation. The results of this study based on focus group attended by eight students through voting found that there are two factors that influence students' low motivation among which the Star Mountains of internal factors and external factors the psychological aspects of the social aspect.
