This Invitation to bid follows the general procurement notice for this project that appeared in Development Business notice number WB2961-779/10 dated July 8, 2010 on-line.
The Government of Indonesia has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction And Development (IBRD) toward the cost of the ICB Package No. JUFMP-4 Dredging And Embankment Of Sentiong - Sunter Drain, Waduk Sunter Utara, Waduk Sunter Selatan & Waduk Sunter Timur III Sub-Projects Jakarta Urgent Flood Mitigation Project (JUFMP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under The contract for ICB package No. JUFMP-4. The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government The executing Agency of The projects, intends through Badan Layanan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa (Procurement Unit) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Jakarta Urgent Flood Mitigation Project (JUFMP) Dredging And Embankment Of Sentiong - Sunter Drain, Waduk Sunter Utara, Waduk Sunter Selatan & Waduk Sunter Timur III Sub-Projects, The Works in general are provision of construction including: 1) Embankment Rehabilitation Works, and 2) Dredging Works. The delivery/construction period is 360 days.
Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans, as of May 2004, revised in October 2006 and May 2010, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from the Badan Layanan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa (Procurement Unit), DKI Jakarta Province at the address below Jl. Kebon Sirih No.18 Blok H lantai 20-21 Jakarta Pusat during office hours 09.00 to 15.00. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Rp.4,000,000,000. or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency, and be delivered to the address below by 10.00 am. on March 24,2015. They will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected.
