RIWAYAT HIDUP

Penulis dilahirkan di Jakarta pada tanggal 14 Desember 1983 dari ayah

Zaenuddin Abrori dan ibu Hidayah binti Sholih bin Yahya. Penulis merupakan

puteri ke-delepan dari sembilan bersaudara.

Tahun 2002 penulis lulus dari SMU Negeri 35 Jakarta. Pendidikan sarjana

ditempuh di Program Studi Ilmu Gizi Fakultas Ilmu-ilmu Kesehatan Universitas

Esa Unggul Jakarta dan lulus pada tahun 2007. Selama mengikuti program S2 di

Program Studi Ilmu Gizi Masyarakat Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB), penulis

menjadi asisten dosen mata kuliah metabolisme gizi makro dan mikro di

Universitas Esa Unggul.
