Penanaman sampel gigi P dalam pipa paralon
Preparasi kavitas profunda klas I
Aplikasi Bahan Uji yang dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok,
masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 8 sampel
Sampel gigi P di bagi dua pada arah bukal-lingual dan di potong
pada daerah servikal gigi
Sampel dilakukan pemeriksaan dengan SEM-EDX
Pembuatan Gel kitosan
nanopartikel
1 gr kitosan + 100 ml
larutan asam asetat 1%
Diaduk pada kecepatan
200 rpm (± 30 menit)
Gel kitosan.
Gel kitosan dimasukkan
dalam
ultrasonic bath
