FIFGROUP ESR Principle
and Framework
In carrying out ESR activity, FIFGROUP always complies with Law and Regulation as well as other relevant ESR activity guidelines. The framework of FIFGROUP ESR implementation Law is referring to Article 74 point 4 of Law No. 40 of 2007 regarding Corporate Social Responsibility activity in Limited Company and also adapting Astra Group ESR Guideline including Catur Dharma Astra, EHS & CSR, Corporate Policy, Astra Green Company and Astra Friendly Company Management System.
Aside from these CSR pillars, FIFGROUP also actively contributes in natural disaster relief. To achieve FIFGROUP’s objectives in those four pillars, the Company has implemented programs illustrated on below scheme:

Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan ESR, FIFGROUP senantiasa patuh terhadap ketentuan dan peraturan perundang-undangan serta pedoman kegiatan ESR yang relevan lainnya. Pedoman peraturan perundang-undangan implementasi ESR FIFGROUP berpedoman pada Pasal 74 ayat 4 UU No. 40 tahun 2007 terkait kegiatan Tanggung Jawab Sosial pada Perusahaan Terbatas dan juga mengadaptasi Pedoman ESR Astra Group meliputi Catur Dharma Astra, EHS & CSR

In 2014, FIFGROUP has performed several ESR program on community development and environment sectors with total ESR budget to Rp 6,083,188,302. The budget consisted of Actual CSR fund of Rp4,981,928,202 and Syariah fund of Rp1,101,260,100.

Environment Preservation
For 2014 period, FIFGROUP has implemented environment preservation program by reforesting City and Conservation Forest. Tree planting activity was conducted by planting 5,029 trees for reforestation in several area namely Tuban, Rangkas and Sentul (Bogor) cooperating with Yayasan Mangrove Center Tuban, Rindam III Siliwangi Banten and Perhutani Bogor.
To support environmental conservation, FIFGROUP also implemented Cleaner Production Program in working place with working activity based on Reduce, Reuse and Recycle principles. This program is undertaken by applying environment-friendly business process from energy efficiency initiatives to optimum use of working resource and equipment.
Pelestarian Lingkungan
Untuk periode tahun 2014, FIFGROUP melaksanakan program pelestarian lingkungan dengan melakukan Penghijauan Hutan Kota dan Konservasi. Kegiatan penanaman pohon dilaksanakan dengan menanam 5.029 pohon untuk tujuan penghijuan di daerah/ wilayah Tuban, Rangkas dan Sentul (Bogor) dan bekerja sama dengan Yayasan Mangrove Center Tuban, Rindam III Siliwangi Banten dan Perhutani Bogor.
Untuk mendukung konservasi terhadap lingkungan, FIFGROUP juga mengimplementasikan Program Cleaner Production di lingkungan kerja melalui praktik kerja berdasarkan prinsip Reduce, Reuse dan Recycle. Program ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan proses kerja yang ramah lingkungan, mulai dari inisiatif penghematan energi hingga pemanfaatan sumber daya dan peralatan kerja secara optimal.

Community involvement and development aspect is primary focus of FIFGROUP ESR activity through FIFGROUP Education, FIFGROUP Community Development, FIFGROUP Public Health and FIFGROUP Public Relation program. Through these activities, FIFGROUP provides direct contribution for various community and took form as various donation based on the objective of activities conducted.
FIFGROUP Education
Teacher training, scholarship and renovation as well as school equipment supports dedicated for society in the Company’s neighborhood. In 2014, FIFGROUP provided training facilities to 2,966 teachers from Bekasi, Pamulang, Head Office, Singaraja, Bukit Tinggi, Ambon, Rantau Prapat, Banda Aceh, Pematang Siantar, Cibinong, Pasuruan, Cileungsi, Bogor, Jakarta 3, Cibungbulan and Megamendung Office on 2013 Curriculum and Guideline, Hypno-teaching and Honest Canteen Socialization.

Masyarakat
Aspek pelibatan dan pengembangan masyarakat merupakan fokus utama kegiatan ESR FIFGROUP melalui kegiatan FIFGROUP Pendidikan, FIFGROUP Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat, FIFGROUP Kesehatan Masyarakat dan FIFGROUP Hubungan Masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut, FIFGROUP memberikan kontribusi langsung terhadap berbagai kalangan masyarakat dan dalam berbagai bentuk sesuai dengan sasaran program kegiatan.

Kegiatan pelatihan guru pemberian beasiswa dan dukungan renovasi serta perlengkapan sekolah yang ditujukan kepada masyarakat di sekitar Perseroan. Selama tahun 2014, FIFGROUP memberikan pelatihan kepada 2.966 guru yang berasal dari Bekasi, Pamulang, Head Office, Singaraja, Bukit Tinggi, Ambon, Rantau Prapat, Banda Aceh, Pematang Siantar, Cibinong, Pasuruan, Cileungsi, Bogor, Jakarta 3, Cibungbulan dan Megamendung di bidang Pakem dan Kurikulum 2013,

On the other hand, FIFGROUP also disbursed education donation in form of scholarship for Elementary School to University level where on December 31, 2014, students receiving scholarship for Elementary to High School was 235 internal parties and 36 external parties, and 19 students on University Scholarship.
To improve education quality, FIFGROUP also supports schools renovation and equipment for SDN Kebonrejo Di sisi lain, FIFGROUP juga memberikan bantuan
pendidikan berupa program beasiswa mulai dari tingkat SD hingga Perguruan Tinggi di mana hingga 31 Desember 2014, pihak yang menerima beasiswa tingkat SD hingga SMA mencapai 235 pihak internal dan 36 pihak eksternal dan beasiswa Perguruan Tinggi untuk 19 mahasiswa.

Untuk itu, FIFGROUP juga secara aktif mendukung pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui kegiatan ESR Usaha Kecil & Dana Bergulir serta mengadakan Sharing Tips Sukses Pengusaha.

Small Enterprise & Revolving Fund Program was disbursed to 12 IGA groups. IGA is a donation program dedicated to the society to raise public welfare and living standard. IGA disbursed donation to society in form of business capital, knowledge and expertise in certain sectors.
Entrepreneur Success Story sharing tips event was intended to motivate and build entrepreneurship spirit to the society. In 2014, FIFGROUP invited 10 inspiring entrepreneurs to be involved in these events where during the Sharing session various information on business world were disseminated.
Material presented in the event were including how to be a good entrepreneur, entrepreneur management, solving current issues on entrepreneur sector and knowledge about business opportunity.
Program Usaha Kecil & Dana Bergulir diberikan kepada 12 kelompok IGA. IGA adalah sebuah program bantuan yang ditujukan kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan serta taraf hidup masyarakat. IGA memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat berupa modal usaha, pengetahuan serta keahlian dalam bidang tertentu.
Penyelenggaran Sharing Tips Sukses Pengusaha ditujukan untuk memotivasi dan membangun semangat kewirausahaan kepada masyarakat. Pada tahun 2014, FIFGROUP mengundang 10 pengusaha inspiratif untuk terlibat dalam kegiatan tersebut di mana pada sesi sharing diberikan berbagai informasi mengenai pengetahuan seputar dunia usaha.

FIFGROUP Public Health
Commitment of FIFGROUP to bring better living standard for the society was carried out through FIFGROUP Public Health program as part of FIFGROUP ESR. In 2014, realization of FIFGROUP Public Health activity was undertaken through Posyandu activity, Blood Donation, Health Service, and providing Medical Team Car.
As of December 31, 2014, FIFGROUP had 25 partner Posyandu spread across the region covering West Java, Kalimantan, Central Java and Bali Lombok area.
Realization of other public health activities were blood donation to 32,396 donors, 2,643 patients served in free medical treatment and 2,222 patients served through Medical Team Car.
FIFGROUP Kesehatan Masyarakat
Komitmen FIFGROUP untuk menghadirkan kualitas hidup masyarakat yang lebih baik, FIFGROUP menyelenggarakan FIFGROUP Kesehatan Masyarakat sebagai bagian dari ESR FIFGROUP. Selama tahun 2014, realisasi kegiatan FIFGROUP Kesehatan Masyarakat dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan Posyandu, Donor Darah, Pelayanan Kesehatan serta memberikan pelayanan Mobil Tim Medis.
Hingga 31 Desember 2014, FIFGROUP memiliki 25 Posyandu Binaan yang tersebar di berbagai wilayah, yang diantaranya Jawa Barat, Kalimantan, Jawa Tengah, dan Bali Lombok.
Realisasi kegiatan kesehatan masyarakat lainnya adalah kegiatan donor darah mencapai 32.396 pendonor darah berhasil, 2.643 pasien terlayani dalam pelayanan kesehatan gratis dan 2.222 orang terlayani melalui fasilitas Mobil Tim Medis.

FIFGROUP Public Relation
To strengthen public relation, FIFGROUP also exercised FIFGROUP Public Relation activity as part of FIFGROUP ESR activity. In 2014, FIFGROUP established public relation by giving environment donation to 15 Orphanage (branch) and 23 (Head Office) namely Yayasan At-Taubah, MPA Al-Hikmah, Bersinar Orphanage, Guna Nanda Children Foundation, St. Yusuf Sindanglaya Orphanage Cipanas, Pura Kelapa Dua Depok, Yayasan Vihara Umat Budha Budi Bakti, Panti Asuhan Santo Thomas Bawen, Yayasan Sayap Ibu, Yayasan Darul Ilmi Al-Fikri and Si Boncel Orphanage.
On religious sector, FIFGROUP also gave support for 41 Religious Place in Head Office area, Batam, Yogyakarta, Pematang Siantar, Depok, Kediri, Cikande, Muko-muko, Probolinggo, Batu Raja, Kepanjen, Lampung, Blora, Tasikmalaya.

Untuk mempererat hubungan dengan masyarakat, FIFGROUP juga melaksanakan FIFGROUP Hubungan Masyarakat sebagai bagian dari ESR FIFGROUP. Selama tahun 2014, FIFGROUP membangun hubungan masyarakat dengan memberikan sumbangan lingkungan ke 15 cabang Panti Asuhan dan 23 Head
Office Panti Asuhan diantaranya Yayasan At-Taubah,

FIFGROUP also regularly disbursed Animal Scarifying as donation, which in 2014 done by scarifying 278 goats and 11 cows in 98 FIFGROUP branches across Indonesia, and donated 12,410 meat packages to the society live in FIFGROUP operational area neighborhood.
Further, as a contribution of FIFGROUP on social community aspect, the Company also provides Social Car utilized to support activity of the society mainly in medical sector. In 2014, social car has served 187 activities with total 2,222 passengers.
Social Bus is dedicated to support activity of the society namely school, religious, social and health supporting activities. In 2014, Social Car and Social Bus provided by FIFGROUP succeeded in serving 17,182 passengers from 798 social agency. The social buses were pooled at Head Office and 4 of FIFGROUP branches in Medan, Semarang, Surabaya and Bandung 1.

As a service provider company, FIFGROUP promotes consumer protection as our commitment in disbursing financing service. The Company provides current information related with consumers loan account accessible through SMS, HALO FIF (1500-343) & Billing statement.Every consumers complaint will be handled by consumer complaint PIC at branch: CRE for consumer complaint in mass media will be handled by Corporate Communication or PIC PR, and for consumer complaint FIFGROUP juga secara rutin memberikan sumbangan
dalam bentuk Qurban yang pada tahun 2014 berhasil direalisasikan melalui pemotongan 278 kambing dan 11 sapi di 98 kantor cabang FIFGROUP di seluruh Indonesia, dan kemudian membagikan 12.410 paket daging kepada masyarakat di sekitar kantor operasional FIFGROUP.
Selanjutnya, sebagai wujud kontribusi FIFGROUP dalam aspek sosial kemasyarakat, Perusahaan juga menyediakan Mobil Sosial yang digunakan untuk menunjang kegiatan masyarakat khususnya kesehatan. Di tahun 2014 mobil sosial telah melayani 187 kegiatan dengan total 2,222 penumpang.

Sebagai perusahaan penyedia jasa FIFGROUP mengedepankan perlindungan pelanggan sebagai komitmen dalam memberikan layanan pembiayaan. Perusahaan menyediakan informasi terkini terkait dengan akun kredit konsumen yang dapat diakses melalui SMS, HALO FIF (1500-343) & billing statement. Setiap Pengaduan/keluhan pelanggan ditangani oleh PIC pengaduan konsumen di cabang: CRE, untuk pengaduan/keluhan pelanggan di media massa akan ditangani oleh Corporate Communication atau PIC PR,

Consumer complaint process is implemented under following procedure:
1. Customer submits complaint to FIFGROUP via website www.fifgroup.co.id, call center (HALO FIF - 1500 343), social media FIF Club (Facebook & Twitter), national mass media (printed & electronic), or directly submitted to nearest branch office.
2. PIC for each channel will register the complaint in our system and give complaint receive to the consumer.
3. PIC will distribute consumer complaint to several parties being in charge to make the follow-up. 4. Follow-up PIC will confirm complaint to consumer
and deliver the complaint to related function. 5. Related function will provide consumer complaint
analysis report to PIC Follow-up
6. Follow-up PIC deliver complaint settlement to the consumer, apology and compensation (if considered necessary)
Realization of consumer complaint handling relted with financial transaction in FIFGROUP for 2014 on several categories including Collection, Penalty, Proposal, Remedy, Late Charge and Maturity were received in 67 complaints with settlement level of 67 complaints or 100%.

and Safety
In 2014, FIFGROUP brought our commitment on Occupational health and safety is exercised through series of activities to avoid company's loss due to dangerous activity and condition.
FIFGROP also provides fire extinguisher (Alat
Pemadam Api Ringan – APAR) according to regulation
issued by the Government and periodically checking the APAR condition. The PIC assigned as APAR PIC has also been participated on several training to have adequate knowledge in using the APAR.
FIFGROUP also actively provides emergency response training such as simulation of fire, earthquake, flood and riot at branch offices as well as giving health counselling for our employees.
FIFGROUP also performs safety riding inspection for employee and operational vehicle to assure safety riding and encourage the employee to be more productive.

Selama tahun 2014, perwujudan komitmen FIFGROUP dalam aspek Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan-kegiatan yang bisa menghindari kerugian perusahaan karena aktifitas dan kondisi yang berbahaya.
FIFGROUP telah menyediakan APAR (Alat Pemadam Api Ringan) sesuai peraturan pemerintah, dan secara rutin mengadakan pengecekan kelayakan APAR. Para PIC yang sudah ditugaskan sebagai PIC APAR juga telah diikutsertakan dalam pelatihan agar memiliki pengetahuan untuk menggunakan APAR tersebut. FIFGROUP juga aktif memberikan pelatihan simulasi tanggap darurat dalam bentuk simulasi kebakaran, gempa, banjir dan huru-hara di cabang dan mengadakan penyuluhan kesehatan untuk karyawan. FIFGROUP juga mengadakan inspeksi keselamatan berkendara untuk kendaraan karyawan dan kendaraan operasional untuk memastikan keselamatan berkendara dan membuat karyawan lebih produktif.
On occupational health and safety aspect, throughout 2014, FIFGROUP has also internalized and implemented 5R principles (Clean, Tidy, Neat, Diligent, Caring) comprehensively at working place. The 5R implementation is intended to create conducive working environment supported by well-maintained working facility.
FIFGROUP ESR Evaluation
Evaluation of FIFGROUP ESR implementation is performed periodically to ensure quality and efficiency of donation given applying Astra Green Company (AGC) standardization as a guideline of environment responsibility activity and Astra Friendly Company (AFC) as guideline of social responsibility activity.
AGC consists of four components of Green Strategy, Green Process, Green Product and Green Employee. Each of the pillars covers the policy, mechanism, final outcome as product and service and employee Dalam sektor kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, pada

Evaluasi pelaksanaan ESR FIFGROUP dilakukan secara berkala untuk memastikan kualitas serta efisiensi bantuan yang diberikan dengan standardisasi Astra Green Company (AGC) sebagai rujukan pelaksanaan tanggung jawab bidang lingkungan dan Astra Friendly Company (AFC) sebagai rujukan pelaksanaan tanggung jawab bidang sosial.

Through AFC and AGC, every branch of FIFGROUP undertakes an assessment annually to performance achieved in those aspects. AGC applies three types of self-asessment, cross-assessment as inter-branch assessment and corporate assessment carried out by PT Astra International Tbk.
Result of AGC assessment is Golden (Highest), Green, Blue and Red (lowest) predicates, while, AFC grants 5 stars (highest), 4 stars, 3 stars, 2 stars and 1 star (lowest) predicates.
