Summary of questions and answers in the 2015 Public Expose : Question 1:

What are the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held today? What kind of expansion will be done by the company for this year, and how many of subscribers by year-end? How much capex are used by the company and the source of funds? What explanation from the company about whether or not the MNC's plan to acquire PT Link Net Tbk, and why the stock should be removed? Any opportunity to increase the company's revenue? Answer:

- Approval of the Company’s Annual Report including Laporan Tugas Pengawasan Dewan Komisaris for the book year ended on 31 December 2014, as well as work plans and the development of the Company.

- Approval on the Annual Accounts consist of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Report of, as well as the approval for full release and discharge to all members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners for the action and monitoring measures that have been carried out for the book year ended on 31 December 2014.

- Not distribute any dividend to shareholders for the book year 2014 and the total net income recorded as retained earnings.

- Delegate the authority to the Company’s Board of Directors and/or the Board of Commissioners to appoint Registered Public Accountant Firm in the Financial Service Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) and that meet international standards to audit the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Report and any other part of the Company’s Financial Report. And give authorization to the Board of Directors to set the fee or honorarium of the Public Accountant.

- No change on the composition of the Company’s Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners. so that the order remained as in previous years and the list as follows: Board of Directors

For such purpose to make a formal appearance if necessary, give explanations, make, have made, signed notary deed as well as do all actions to resolve the matter above.

- To authorized to the President Commissioner of the Company to determine the honorarium, salary and other allowances for the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioner.

And also has held Extraordinary General Meeting which resulted in several decisions, especially to approve the amendment of the Articles of Association of the Company in connection with the OJK Regulations Number 32 of 2014 and Number 33 of 2014, as well as as well as other applicable laws and regulations in the capital market including changes to Article 11, Article 12, Article 13, Article 14, Article 15, Article 16, Article 17, Article 18, Article 19, Article 20 of the Articles of Association of the Company. To authorize the Board of Directors with the rights of substitution to do all actions in accordance with the Meeting resolution.

About the expansion of networks that we usually refer to as homespassed. Homespassed itself is a term for homes that have been passed by the cable own by the company, so they can enjoy the services of the company. So the house was a one homespassed. In the first quarter the company managed to add 57,000 new homespassed, and we plan until the end of the year 200,000 homespassed.

For networks we have planned this year funds will be used 1 trillion and sources of funding we will use internal cash.

Regarding MNC would intend to buy the company, we can state that the company policy can not comment on such rumors, and the board could not comment on behalf of the shareholders.

One strategy is to increase revenue delivered media sales. In the pay-TV service, we can deliver ads locally present channel number 18, and with the agreement with the owner of the content we can insert ads into it, and now we've sold to the brand owner or the manufacturer of the other services, so that the company obtain income. We see at the moment there is plenty of room to increase revenue from the sector, if we look from the percentage as much as 4% of total revenues, in the more mature market we should reach 8%, and of course we will increase it gradually, as aggressive as possible. And one more thing about sales is one of the media advantage is a large margin due to its low cost.

Question 2:

The achievement of CAPEX is about 1 trillion rupiah, what are the funds used for? Up to the end of April what is the percentage achieved? And what is the net profit target this year? Answer:

CAPEX is mainly used to increase the number of homespassed or to expand the networks of the company service coverage, and it is particulary to purchase the equipment used to develop homespassed such as cable and cost for its installation, set top box, thus the equipment to be used in the development of the network itself. Further the supporting means such as software or hardware which will be invested to be able to serve the company’s subscribers.

Up to now in Q1 274 billion has been achieved and we are planning to achieve 11 trillion rupiah by end of the year.

As to the income target for this year, we have made a target of 28% approximately equal to that of last year, and similarly the net profit target is around 25%-28%.

Question 3:

Does the subsidiary of PT Link Net Tbk plan to conduct IPO, such as PT Indonesia Media Televisi?

Answer:

Our share ownership in the subsidiary is only about 15%, the remaining is owned by another company, therefore the company that should answer this question is the company that has greater portion of shares in IMTV which in this case is Multipolar.

Question 4:

Please explain about the network expansion in regions, to which extend is the expansion? Answer:

The Company will focus on three cities which are the three main markets, first Jakarta and its surroundings that still has great potential for expansion, and then Surabaya that has a greater potential and Bandung that has even greater potential, because in the latter two cities, the total network is much less than in Jakarta. Just as a reference that Jakarta with its 30 million population, in terms of households it is close to 5 million households and we are looking for approximately 2 million households, therefore we consider that there is still room for expansion in Jakarta. Surabaya has a greater potential for expansion. Similarly in Bandung, Bandung is one of the cities in Indonesia that has the highest number of internet users, thus first is Bandung and second is East Jakarta. Therefore, in our view there is still a great opportunity to expand cable networks in these three cities to increase the number of homespassed. In addition, we believe that this is the right moment to continue to expand in order to widen the company market and eventually will increase the number of subscribers, revenues and increase company productivity.

Question 5:

With respect to network expansion, is there any plan for Fiber To The Home, when would that likely to occur?

Answer:

At present the company relies on HFC (Hybrid Fiber Coaxial), which is a mature and reliable network technology and the company has mastered this technology. The Company is utilizing DOCSIS 3.0 based HFC technology that allows increasing or decreasing the bandwidth of high speed internet service. Further, from the analysis we made on the internet usage for the next 7 years, we believe that the current technology could still meet the need of the public. However, certainly the technology such as FTTH (Fiber To The Home), is promising to provide a better service, therefore the company is still open to the possibility of investing using that technology, and actually the company has used that technology for the subcribers of corporation sector, however we still need to study the residential sector, particularly regarding the total investment and it will be made in accordance with the demand of customers. When the time is right where the cost and benefit are reasonable the company will consider to invest in that technology.
