Responsibility

PT Federal International Finance (FIF) views Corporate Social Responsibility and Environment (ESR) as compulsory and necessary, where becomes part of Company’s long-term investment. FIF is highly aware that Company’s development can not be separated from sustainability of several aspects surrounding the Company such as environment, community, customers and employees. Those factors encourage FIF to establish operational management that is accompanied by commitment to provide benefit to all aspects related with Company’s business and operational activities. The commitment is realized through Environment, Health, Safety (EHS) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

ESR program or activity which is carried through EHS is a realization of FIF’s commitment for internal aspect (Occupational Health, Safety and Environment) consists of 3 pillars of Environment, Health and Safety. The implementation of EHS has complied with AGC (Astra Green Company) assessment indicators as well as prevailing employment regulation.

For external aspect, FIF carries CSR program or activity as a contribution for the surrounding community or other stakeholders who are related with business and

PT Federal International Finance (FIF) memandang kegiatan Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (ESR) sebagai sebuah keharusan dan kebutuhan, dimana menjadi bagian dari investasi perusahaan untuk jangka panjang. FIF sepenuhnya menyadari bahwa perkembangan Perusahaan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari keberlanjutan aspek-aspek yang mengelilingi Perusahaan seperti lingkungan, masyarakat, pelanggan dan karyawan. Faktor tersebut mendorong FIF untuk menciptakan pengelolaan operasional yang diiringi oleh komitmen untuk memberikan manfaat kepada seluruh aspek yang terkait dalam kegiatan bisnis dan operasional Perusahaan. Komitmen tersebut direalisasikan melalui kegiatan Environment, Health, Safety (EHS) dan Corporate

Social Responsibility (CSR).

Kegiatan atau program ESR yang direalisasikan melalui EHS merupakan realisasi dari komitmen FIF terhadap aspek internal (Lingkungan, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja) yang terdiri dari 3 Pilar, yaitu Lingkungan (Environment), Kesehatan (Health) dan Keselamatan Kerja (Safety). Pelaksanaan EHS telah sesuai dengan pedoman penilaian AGC (Astra Green Company) dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di bidang ketenagakerjaan.

Terhadap aspek eksternal, FIF melaksanakan kegiatan atau program CSR yang merupakan bentuk kontribusi terhadap masyarakat sekitar serta pemangku

operational activity of FIF. CSR Program is carried through 5 pillars such as Education, Income Generation Activity (IGA), Health Community, Environment and Community Relation. CSR activity implementation in FIF has complied with AFC (Astra Friendly Company) and other related regulations.

FIF social responsibility activity implementation through those 2 (two) pillars are performed in systematic procedure with clear duty and responsibility division for every executive organ. ESR and EHS organization structure is not only established at Head Office but also to Branch Office level. Through the organization structure division, FIF directs corporate social responsibilities that are directly engaged with the community, environment as well as other stakeholders. ESR activities implementation organization structure at FIF is as follows:

Struktur organisasi ESR tidak hanya di Kantor Pusat tetapi juga hingga ke tingkat cabang. Melalui pembagian struktur organisasi tersebut, FIF mengarahkan kegiatan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan yang dapat secara langsung berhubungan dengan masyarakat, lingkungan dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya. FIF ESR activity sustainable implementation complies with applicable law and regulation principal, also accompanied by FIF ESR vision and strategy based on 4 (four) primary pillars. In its implementation, FIF also holds several foundations, as follows:

As part of sustainable corporate social responsibility activity implementation, FIF periodically performs ESR training participated by employees at FIF Branch Office nationwide. ESR training implementation throughout 2013 was participated by 138 branch offices with detail as follows:

Dasar Kebijakan ESR FIF

Pelaksanaan kegiatan ESR FIF dilakukan secara berkesinambungan sesuai dengan landasan-landasan hukum dan peraturan yang berlaku, juga diiringi oleh visi dan strategi ESR FIF berdasarkan 4 (empat) pilar utama. Dalam proses implementasinya FIF memiliki beberapa panduan utama, yaitu:

Media Penyebaran Informasi ESR

FIF menyediakan media informasi company profile FIF dan sosialisasi kegiatan ESR FIF kepada pihak external khususnya dalam kegiatan yang bersifat sinergi dengan mitra ESR (lembaga sosial, pendidikan, masyarakat umum). Melalui media informasi tersebut, FIF berkomitmen untuk menghadirkan informasi yang memadai sebagai bagian dari pertanggungjawaban kegiatan tanggung jawab sosial Perusahaan yang dilakukan.

Media informasi kegiatan ESR FIF dilakukan melalui:

AGC and AFC Assessment

FIF ESR implementation is periodically assessed to ensure quality and efficiency of donation provided under Astra Green Company (AGC) standardization as a reference of social responsibility implementation on environment aspect and Astra Friendly Company (AFC) as guidance for social responsibility implementation on social aspect.

AGC consists of four pillar, Green Strategy, Green Process, Green Product, and Green Employee. Each pillar is placed as foundation for policy, mechanism with final result as products and services as well as employees’ attitude. While, AFC promotes three key factors, value, mindset and behavior. Through AFC and AGC, every FIF branch office conducts assessment towards its performance on those two aspects annually. AGC implements three assessments that are self-assessment methods, cross-assessment as inter-branch assessment and corporate assessment performed by Astra International.

Hereinafter, AFC assessed branch office performance based on Key Performance Indicators related with social responsibility initiatives implementation. AGC assessment result consists of Gold (Highest), Green, Blue and Red (Lowest), while AFC applies different predicates, 5 stars (highest), 4 stars, 3 stars, 2 stars and 1 star (lowest). FIF ESR assessment is carried internally by AFC and AFC of FIFGROUP. Detail of FIF ESR assessment in 2013 is as follows:

Pelaksanaan ESR FIF dievaluasi secara berkala untuk memastikan kualitas serta efisiensi bantuan yang diberikan dengan standardisasi Astra Green Company (AGC) sebagai rujukan pelaksanaan tanggung jawab bidang lingkungan dan Astra Friendly Company (AFC) sebagai rujukan pelaksanaan tanggung jawab bidang sosial.

AGC terdiri dari empat pilar Green Strategy, Green Process,

Green Product, dan Green Employee. Masing-masing pilar

menjadi payung bagi kebijakan, mekanisme, hasil akhir berupa produk dan layanan, serta perilaku karyawan. Sementara, AFC mengedepankan tiga komponen utama, yaitu value, mindset, dan behavior. Melalui AFC dan AGC, setiap cabang FIF setiap tahun menjalani penilaian atas kinerjanya di kedua bidang tersebut. AGC menerapkan tiga macam penilaian, yaitu self assessment,

cross-assessment yang merupakan penilaian antar cabang, dan corporate assessment yang dilaksanakan Astra

International.

Selanjutnya, AFC menilai kinerja cabang berdasarkan Indikator Kinerja Utama bagi penerapan inisiatif-inisiatif tanggung jawab sosial. Hasil penilaian AGC adalah predikat Emas (tertinggi), Hijau, Biru, dan Merah (terendah), sementara AFC memberlakukan predikat Bintang 5 (tertinggi), Bintang 4, Bintang 3, Bintang 2, dan Bintang 1 (terendah). Penilaian atau asesmen ESR FIF dilaksanakan secara internal oleh AGC dan AFC FIF GROUP. Rincian asesmen ESR FIF selama tahun 2013, sebagai berikut:

Kegiatan Tanggung Jawab Sosial terhadap lingkungan didasarkan pada kesadaran FIF untuk berpartisipasi dalam upaya pelestarian lingkungan sebagai salah satu aspek yang terkait kegiatan operasional sehari-hari Perseroan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan tanggung jawab sosial terhadap lingkungan didasarkan pada Pilar ESR dalam aspek Lingkungan Hidup.

Corporate Social Responsibility towards the environment is based on FIF awareness to participate on environment preservation initiative as one aspect related with Compan’s daily operational activity. Social responsibility activity implementation towards the environment is based on ESR Pillar on Environment aspect.

Salah satu kegiatan FIF yang ditujukan untuk memenuhi apek pertanggungjawaban sosial Perusahaan terhadap pelibatan dan pengembangan masyarakat dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan Pelatihan Guru, Beasiswa, dan kegiatan FIF Goes to Campus.

Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan guru pada tahun 2013 melibatkan hingga 6.384 guru di 2.309 sekolah, dilaksanakan di 19 kota/cabang.

Program Beasiswa

FIF menyelenggarakan program beasiswa pendidikan kepada siswa yang dianggap berprestasi melalui program beasiswa internal dan eksternal. Pelaksanaan program beasiswa internal FIF selama tahun 2013 diberikan kepada 245 anak dan program beasiswa eksternal diberikan kepada 315 anak.

FIF Goes to Campus

Sebagai bagian dari komitmen untuk mengembang-kan masyarakat dari aspek pendidimengembang-kan, FIF menye-lenggarakan kegiatan FIF Goes to Campus di beberapa kampus. Melalui kegiatan FIF Goes to Campus, FIF juga memberikan beasiswa serta mengadakan kesempatan rekrutmen langsung untuk mahasiswa universitas yang bersangkutan, diantaranya: 1. Universitas Panca Sakti Tegal

One of FIF activity is aimed to comply with corporate social responsibility aspect on community involvement and development that is carried through Teacher Training, Scholarship and FIF Goes to Campus program.

• Teacher Training Activity

Teacher training activity in 2013 participated by up to 6,384 teachers from 2,309 schools, organized at 19 cities/branches.

• Scholarship Program

FIF provides education scholarship program to excellent students through internal and external scholarship program. FIF internal scholarship program implementation throughout 2013 was provided to 245 students and external scholarship program was provided to 315 children.

Partisipasi FIF dalam acara ulang tahun (Dies

Natalis) Universitas Sahid. Kontribusi FIF dalam

kegiatan tersebut berupa penyelenggaraan kegiatan donor darah, pengobatan gratis, pembagian bantuan sembako murah, pembukaan gerai service hp gratis serta penyelenggaraan pameran motor.

4. Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika

FIF berpartisipasi dalam memberikan materi kuliah umum kepada mahasiswa BSI serta program beasiswa senilai Rp25.000.000. FIF

activity has disbursed fund to 50 SME amounted to Rp50 million and currently growing to 88 SME. For the second phase, FIFGROUP’s management redisbrused donation for SME amounted to Rp50 million and 1 unit Honda motorcycle that will be used as SME coordinator operational vehicle and fund support amounted to Rp5.000.000 for TPA renovation.

Entrepreneurs Training

FIF performs economy development activity to improve public capacity as benefit recipient in performing economic activity both individually and organizationally through independency. The activity is performed through entrepreneurship training reaching to 1,581 participants aiming to observe entrepreneurs potential and produce new entrepreneurs as well as internalize independency ethics to the training participants. Pada tahap pertama yang dimulai pada tanggal 3 Januari

2013 lalu, kegiatan tersebut telah menyalurkan dana kepada 50 UMKM sebesar Rp 50 juta dan hingga saat ini terus berkembang menjadi 88 UMKM. Untuk tahap kedua ini manajemen FIFGROUP kembali menggulirkan bantuan bagi UMKM sebesar Rp 50 juta serta satu unit motor Honda sebagai sarana operasional koordinator UMKM dan bantuan dana sebesar Rp5.000.000 untuk pengembangan Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPA). Pemberdayaan Ekonomi

FIF melaksanakan kegiatan pemberdayaan ekonomi guna meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat sebagai penerima manfaat dalam melakukan aktivitas ekonomi secara individu maupun organisasi menuju kemandirian. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan wirausaha mencapai 1.581 peserta dengan tujuan untuk menggali potensi dan melahirkan wirausahawan baru serta menanamkan etos kemandirian kepada peserta pelatihan.

Karyawan sebagai bagian dari stakeholder FIF, dilibatkan dalam banyak kegiatan LK3 yang diimplementasikan, sebagai pelaku ataupun subyek. Realisasi komitmen perusahaan terhadap karyawan dilaksanakan melalui aspek Lingkungan, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (LK3). Kebijakan LK3 yang diterapkan FIF mengacu pada standar Astra Green Company (AGC) serta berbagai panduan pelaksanaan LK3, antara lain:

Besides previously mentioned guidelines, EHS implementation at FIF is also referring to FIF Nyaman, FIF Selamat and FIF Sehat concept integration. FIF Nyaman represents EHS activity concept carrying the theme of environmental management, regulation compliance as well as cost and energy efficiency. FIF Selamat represents activity related with employees occupational safety, and FIF Sehat represents activities related with employees occupational health. EHS related competency will also be enhanced continuously. Generally, three concept of FIF Nyaman, FIF Selamat and FIF Sehat are integrated on several activities that provides direct impact towards those three concepts where The interaction between EHS implementation concept at FIF, as follows:

Occupational Environment (FIF Nyaman)-5

a. Cleaner production program

pelaksanaan LK3 di FIF juga didasarkan pada integrasi konsep FIF Nyaman, FIF Selamat dan FIF Sehat. FIF Nyaman mewakili konsep kegiatan LK3 bertema pengelolaan lingkungan, ketaatan peraturan, serta efisiensi biaya dan energi. FIF Selamat mewakili kegiatan yang terkait dengan keselamatan kerja karyawan, dan FIF Sehat mewakili kegiatan terkait kesehatan kerja karyawan. Kompetensi terkait LK3 pun senantiasa ditingkatkan.

Secara keseluruhan, ketiga konsep FIF Nyaman, FIF Selamat dan FIF Sehat tersebut diintegrasikan dalam kegiatan-kegiatan yang berdampak langsung terhadap ketiga konsep tersebut di mana Interaksi antara konsep pelaksanaan LK3 di FIF, sebagai berikut:

Program utama yang dilakukan terkait pelaksanaan LK3 di lingkungan FIF, yaitu:

Lingkungan Kerja (FIF Nyaman)

a. Progam produksi bersih

Penggunaan freon hemat daya listrik pada AC di cabang atau area tertentu secara prioritas. Dengan penggunaan freon tersebut pada AC di cabang, yang

To support energy efficiency activity, FIF also carries energy efficiency competition among Branch Office.

b. 3R (reuse, reduce, recycle) program

FIF conducts 3R program (reduce, reuse, recycle) throughout:

• Electricity efficiency using timer tools.

• Two-sided paper usage for printing and used-envelope usage to send document to Branch Offices.

b. Program 3R (reuse, reduce, recyle)

FIF melaksanakan program 3R (reduce, reuse dan

recycle) melalui kegiatan:

• Penghematan penggunaan energi listrik dengan penggunaan timer.

• Penggunaan kertas bolak-balik untuk keperluan cetak serta penggunaan amplop bekas layak pakai untuk mengirimkan dokumen antar Kantor Cabang.

• Pemanfaatan kembali kertas bekas untuk digunakan sebagai material buku catatan.

Kesehatan Kerja (FIF Sehat)

a. Health Workshop/Seminar

Sebagai bagian dari program LK3, FIF melaksanakan investigasi dari penyakit yang diderita karyawan berdasarkan data klaim kesehatan karyawan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran kesehatan karyawan, menyusun program penyuluhan kesehatan serta meningkatkan kualitas SDM FIF secara berkesinambungan.

Untuk mendukung kegiatan tersebut, selama tahun 2013, FIF mengadakan penyuluhan kesehatan di 3 cabang, yaitu:

• Penyuluhan Kesehatan Penyakit Malaria dan DBD Cabang Bengkulu

• Penyuluhan Kesehatan Penyakit Hepatitis dan Thypus Cabang Bandar Jaya

• Penyuluhan Kesehatan Penyakit Hepatitis cabang Solo

b. Health Book c. Health Awareness

Keselamatan Kerja (FIF Selamat)

a. Emergency Drill Simulation;

b. Fulfillment of Emergency Equipment (esp. APAR); c. Safety Riding;

• Kegiatan Inspeksi Nasional Keselamatan Berkendara, Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara serentak dalam tingkat nasional tanggal 15 Juni 2013 untuk mengurangi tingkat kecelakaan kerja.

• Penyelenggaraan Zero Accident Award.

FIF terus berupaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas keselamatan kerja dengan upaya untuk menurunkan tingkat kecelakaan kerja. Selama tahun 2013, FIF berhasil menurunkan tingkat kecelakaan kerja mencapai 19% untuk pekerja lapangan dan 4.2% untuk pekerja di Kantor. Atas perwujudan kegiatan ESR secara konsisten tersebut, sejumlah aktivitas telah berhasil direalisasikan selama tahun 2013. Salah satu bentuk pengakuan

Occupational health (FIF Sehat)

a. Health Workshop/Seminar

As part of EHS program, FIF implements investigation towards several desease suffered by employees based on employees health claim record. The activity is aimed to improve employees health awareness, prepare health counseling program and improve FIF HR quality in sustainable manner.

To support respective activity, throughout 2013, FIF conducted health counseling at 3 branches, that were:

• Malaria and DBD Desease Counselling, Benkulu Branch.

• Hepatitis and Thypus Desease Counselling, Bandar Jaya Branch.

• Hepatitis Desease Counselling, Solo Branch

b. Health Book c. Health Awareness

Occupational Safety (FIF Selamat)

a. Emergency Drill Simulation;

b. Fulfillment of Emergency Equipment (esp. APAR); c. Safety Riding;

• Safety Riding National Inspection Event, The event was implemented simultaneously in national level on June 15th, 2013 to reduce occupational accident rate.

• Zero Accident Award.

FIF is continuously committed to enhance occupational safety quality with several efforts to reduce occupational accident rate. Throughout 2013, FIF succeeded in reducing occupational rate to 19% for field officer and 4.2% for office emploees.

For consistent ESR activity implementation, various activities had been successfully realized throughout 2013. One of the acknowledgement for FIF ESR activity

Government and Manpower Agency related with FIF achievement in improving Occupational Health and Safety practice quality at East Java Branch Office.

EHS Unit

EHS activity implementation has been standardized by FIF, through set of guidelines formulated at Head Office. EHS Person in Charge (PIC) appointment is carried by every Head of Branch Office and Head of Regional Area.

EHS Training

To enhance HSE activity implementation in the Company, FIF also performs HSE training through General HSE Expert Training (Safety Officer Development Program) with training participatns from diraihnya penghargaan 2013 Zero Accident Award dari

Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur dan Kementerian Tenaga Kerja terkait dengan keberhasilan FIF dalam meningkatkan kualitas praktik Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja di kantor cabang Surabaya, Jawa Timur.

Pelaksanaan kegiatan LK3 telah distandardisasikan oleh FIF, melalui berbagai pedoman yang telah disusun di Kantor Pusat. Penunjukan penanggung jawab

(Person-in-Charge – PIC) LK3 dilaksanakan oleh tiap Kepala Cabang

dan Kepala Wilayah.

FIF realizes the importance of ESR values internalization to the employees. To achieve respective vision, FIF establishes several information media, announcement and campaign related with EHS. It is expected through the information on FIF Group Green Lifestyle will enhance occupational environment, health and safety knowledge as well as enhance environmental awareness by implementing reduce, reuse and recycle.

FIF menyadari pentingnya internasliasi nilai-nilai ESR kepada seluruh karyawan. Untuk memenuhi tujuan tersebut, FIF membuat berbagai media informasi, himbauan dan kampanye mengenai LK3. Di harapkan dengan adanya informasi pada FIF Group Green Lifestyle dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai lingkungan, kesehatan, dan keselamatan serta dapat meningkatkan kesadaran akan peduli terhadap lingkungan dengan menerapkan aplikasi mengurangi, menggunakan kembali dan daur ulang.
